ear readers....Welcome to our second print edition. As you already know, KamerLink Magazine is all about Entertainment and Entrepreneurship. Hence, get ready for an entertaining and enriching ride as you flip through our glossy pages. I am particularly excited about this issue and I can't wait to observe the prodigious impact our stories will have on a modern-day youth. A huge applaud to my dedicated team for putting it all together. Yes! we picked an entertainer (Mr Leo) as cover story for the first issue. This time around, we bring to you two successful young entrepreneurs with stories that will change lives: Roland Fomundam, CEO of Green House Ventures and Ngassa Nina, CEO V.W Catering Service & Nina's Slow Boyz. I'm being cautious not to spill the beans just yet.
Back in school we were equipped with the necessary weapons, tips and techniques to go job hunting but no one taught us how to be job creators. Reason why we are where we are today. Lately, it feels like the wind of change has blown; there's been an eye opener and youths are becoming job creators, go getters and not job seekers. Well this only happens when you seek and don't find. In the entertainment milieuas well as in the corporate world, youths are now thinking "SELF EMPLOYMENT".The number of CEOs just stepped up with new ventures popping up from every angle. This is the best thing that can happen to any rising economy. Note: The most successful young people in the near future are those who will look into our society today, identify problems we are facing and come up with sustainable solutions, hence creating a positive impact on the society. Good news!!! We now have a distribution deal with Presbook that adds to our long list of outlets, keeping in mind our "Give Away Policy" (distribute 50% of the print copies for free to hotels, chilling spots, beauty salons, VIP guests at major events etc). As you smile over the beautiful graphics, don't forget this name, Ndedi Asek(Visual Artist) the guy who puts it all together as well as the CEO of Beta Media, Clarisse Ndinge(Creative Director). Content creation is key, a sector spearheaded by Faith Tata (Journalist @ HiTv Cameroon). One thing that makes KamerLink Magazine what it is: "EVENTS". We launch each issue with an event to showcase everything the magazine aims at celebrating. Chapeaux to our king of events Lukong Jude Kiven (CEO of Hovareigns Ent). At the end of it all, we need to let the world know what's going down as well as get copies within reach. Miss Gina Promotes (Gina Efeti) and Mbah Emmanuel always have it covered. I can hear you thinking "WHAT A TEAM"... "I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT THEY'VE PUT TOGETHER IN THIS SECOND ISSUE "... Enjoy and feel free to contact us in case of any special concerns or contributions. WITHIN THE
KAMER FASHION INDUSTRY For the fashion industry to thrive, key actors (Fashion designers, Models, Photographers, Event organizers, Makeup artists, Bloggers and Consumers) must be able to linkup properly. With the recent clashes between fashion stakeholders, it would be interesting to know who is or is not doing something right...Let the blame game begin;
Miss P (TV Show Host/Fashion consumer)
Miss P's Rating: "I currently cannot find the appropriate figure to rate the fashion industry as it is still a baby, but it sure looks promising". FASHION DESIGNERS: wear themselves more but could scale up on creativity, originality and finishing MODELS: I don't know many, so I guess I would say should market themselves better to international platforms and standards PHOTOGRAPHERS: great to see a few go professional. A step up in creative shoots and post production finishing will be great. EVENT ORGANIZERS: the communication around events is better now, the challenge is leaving your guests with a unique experience; decor, concept, show factor, lighting and a smooth event flow. MAKEUP ARTISTS: good to see a few pushing boundaries. Many could improve on their finishing, quality of products and invest in professional training because make up is an art. BLOGGERS: great job featuring our culture. Create unique content, reach out to influencers impacting society, be mature and professional, monetize, monetize, monetize. CONSUMERS: quite a few have developed the habit of consuming local so continue that and do pay for the services rendered. Cash flow makes the economy grow. "we have to get out of our comfort zones, be professionals, detach emotions from business, be patient and work for it"
Fredash Nemfor Alfred (Fashion Event Organizer/Photographer)
My Rating : 6/10 FASHION DESIGNERS: Have a lot to work on especially the young ones, they should strive for more knowledge and enhance creativity. MODELS: Need to understand the meaning of being a model before jumping into it and they should also get professional PHOTOGRAPHERS: Are really doing great now, that’s if I want to compare to few years back. EVENT ORGANIZERS: Our event organizers are really working hard to meet up but it’s hard and very challenging because our community has not really seen the reason to want to sponsor events, both companies and the Government. So, it really limits event organizers from achieving their objectives. Hence some events die natural deaths. MAKEUP ARTISTS: It's the fastest growing sector. Plenty of young girls diving into it because of its beauty and magic. They are doing a great job so far. BLOGGERS: bloggers are doing a very good job

NUVI CREATIVE(Fashion Designer)
My Rating: Cameroon is still on a 4|10 if one has to sum up all the areas that make up an enviable fashion industry. DESIGNERS: We have so many inborn creative designers who are not willing to invest in themselves to learn the mechanisms of the profession and master its demands. MODELS: In Cameroon, we have good and willing models, but we need agencies and managers to step up and fill the gap. PHOTOGRAPHERS: We have more of good social photographers than runway photographers. EVENT ORGANIZERS: Event organizers get busy on trying to raise funds for their pockets rather than working hard to bring in key fashion actors like buyers, TV houses, Press, magazines and a handful of others to their events. MAKEUP ARTISTS: This is sector has grown so rapidly and I will advise them to follow contemporary trends in fashion. BLOGGERS: Sincerely speaking, Cameroon hasn’t got good fashion bloggers but social bloggers. A good fashion blogger should have a mastery of Fashion management as well as inclusive tips in the world of fashion and aesthetics. A skill I haven’t seen among Cameroonian bloggers. They need to take the viewers (consumers) into the fashion auditorium to see, feel and digest fashion themselves. CONSUMERS: Consumers are not to be blamed. All consumers aspire and go for goods that are professionally skilled and completed to meet up squarely with their demands. The reason why Cameroon consumers rely mostly on second handed clothes (“Okrika”) is because our designers haven’t marketed and upgraded themselves enough. The above write up against the various stakeholders, answers this question as each of them is expected to identify his/her area of weakness and improve upon.
Fabric Doctor(Fashion Designer)
My Rating: 4 /10 Out of 100 designers in Cameroon only 16 can boast of a showroom or a work shop, most of them especially the English speaking, depend on tailors to do their work. FASHION DESIGNERS: lack of unity and collaboration MODEL: they lack professional norms, dignity and self-esteem. PHOTOGRAPHERS: So excited with the equipment that they can’t see the natural resources at their disposal. [they are too artificial] EVENT ORGANIZERS: Don't give value to those who contribute to the success of their events. MAKEUP ARTISTS: they need to be real with their creativity and reduce the fake faces they create of their clients. BLOGGERS: they spread negative vibes for free but bill positive vibes which might be helpful to both parties. CONSUMERS: expect the best for less or free; especially the celebrities. "we need to learn our particular arts (be it designing, sewing, modeling, photography) and market, so as to be able to handle issues affecting us, in case you are assigning or employing an expert he/she will be able to understand what you want because you can still teach with examples not references from strange sources, it will also limit copy and paste in this domain”.

COVER STORY I
ROLAND FOMUNDAM “Agriculture is a vast field… Sustainable agriculture is the winning stage. The playing field is vast and still in need of a lot of key players – the more the merrier. Find your niche and serve it right.” 1. Let’s get to know you. Who is the man behind the name Roland Fomundam? Roland Fomundam is an entrepreneur and business development expert in the fields of social entrepreneurship and sustainable development. 2. What products/services does your brand produce/distribute? GreenHouse ventures is the parent company with 3 primary objectives: • Developing and marketing the low cost greenhouse technology in Cameroon and neighboring countries. • Cultivation and distribution of greenhouse grown crops in Cameroon and nearby markets. • Transfer of knowledge and capacities in areas of sustainable development. 3. What inspired you to start a new business venture or to make significant changes to an existing business? The need and desire to fill a void have been a bigger component of my inspiration 4. How did the business idea come about? The need in the marketplace. Imagine Cameroon with over 70% of its population involved in farming, yet are unable to feed themselves. We need to find ways to ameliorate the activity sector to meet sustainability hence enabling farms and farmers to produce and meet profit potentials. 5. What inspired you to start with your business network? Your network is your net worth. Until you can sell within your network then you can sell beyond. The need to have started with the network was a lower barrier to entry.

6. Other than your business, what other company or entrepreneur do you admire the most? There is no single company / entrepreneur that I would admit to love the most. Our achievements thus far have been due to a combination of efforts from several people and personalities. I'll first of all give credit to the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Cameroon – they are young, dynamic, limited in resources but always striving for better outcomes. 7. How has the journey been so far and how many business outlets do you have? The journey has been a great one – and it's just getting started. There have been lots of experiences that we continue to learn from. Till date, we can say we have expanded 5 folds from when we started in 2014. Our goal is to expand in 50 folds by the end of this year. 8. What motivated your choice for your first business location? The first business location was in my village. The village presented several scenarios which included: lowest hanging fruit scenario; ease to integrate and identify research scenarios and ultimately, the comfort of starting in your own backyard. 9. How old is your business empire and what has been your most challenging experience so far? The GreenHouse Ventures empire has been existing since 2014. The most challenging experience has been keeping its hope alive during such very challenging times in the country. Keeping our hope alive has been our greatest weapon of as we sail through such crisis situations. 10. What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them? There have been no failures. It has been a learning curve: learning to size up the right market, nurture the right team and create the right product to fit in current situations.
Agriculture is a vast field… Sustainable agriculture is the winning stage. The playing field is vast and still in need of a lot of key players – the more the merrier. Find your niche and serve it right...
11. How many workers do you have? 9 fulltime workers, 3 part timers, 10 contractors and several volunteers 12. How important have good employees been to your success? The team is ultimate but getting the right team has required a lot of rehearsal and we are happy we are finally getting to the "crème of the crop" – the right team in the right place. 13. Where did your organization’s funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? Bootstrapping has been key in meeting up with the initial financial challenges of the company. 14. Do you have investors for your business? If yes, how did you convince and obtain them? Yes – I have investors. I didn’t have to convince them – they saw the value of being a part of what was being built. 15. How do you advertise your business so as to build successful customer base? We focused on the implementation of the 7 Ps of marketing while making use of every channel available to reach out to target groups. 16. What advice would you give anyone who wishes to venture into your line of business? Agriculture is a vast field… Sustainable agriculture is the winning stage. The playing field is vast and still in need of a lot of key players – the more the merrier. Find your niche and serve it right. 17. Let’s talk about family, how do you manage your busy schedule and family time? Family is my first part of business. So, family is managed as a business – a core part of it. Hence when busy, we are a focused on managing all aspects of business, family inclusive.
18. How supportive is your family of your business? My strongest support comes from family. 19. The country has a handful of entrepreneurs we can brag about. What according to you is the key tobecoming a successful entrepreneur? Successful entrepreneurs are those we can trace their starting points and their current status and use their stories as examples for others to emulate, and even surpass. So, the key in becoming a success is the ability to remain diligent, transparent and show growth. 20. How do you generate new ideas for your business or other business ventures? Necessity is the mother of innovation/ invention. Ideas come to life when the need becomes evident and we can have a product that meets market standards. 21. What sacrifices have you made to be a successful entrepreneur? I have sacrificed a lifestyle. To be in a position that can be used as an example often come with challenges that can only be resolved by making due sacrifices. 22. In one word, describe your life as an entrepreneur? Exemplary 23. How do you feel being an actor in the fight against unemployment in Cameroon through jobcreation? It’s a fulfillment of purpose, which is still to be realized in full.
24. Many people get carried away by wealth and the popularity it brings. How do you manage to keepyour feet on the ground? To remain humble, thoughtful and always hungry for knowledge/ wisdom. Humility breeds virtues, thoughtfulness keeps us innovative and hunger makes us eager. 25. It is very important to mix business with pleasure from time to time. So, when Roland Fomundam is not running his businesses, what does he do for fun? Going for a walk, a drive and/or just get a me – moment. 26. If you were not a business mogul par excellence, what other profession would catch your fancy? A lecturer, motivational speaker and/or community leader 27. Where do you see yourself and your business 10 years from now? In 10 years: • Established one of the most successful agro industrial companies in Africa Established a school of translational technologies • Impacting 15 million + lives in Cameroon and beyond. • Pursuing political ambitions 28. So many youths obviously dream of a life like yours, to all those who look up to you as a source inspiration, what do you have to tell them? Everyone has a unique calling. Find out what is yours – and pursue it like it was your last option for survival. But – find your calling first – find someone you aspire to be like – find someone you sync with – find those footsteps you can emulate... And in the absence of those footsteps, recreate yours and seek to pave a way for many others.

It has a good Intra-urban transportation network and an international airport. It is a favorable travel destination for tourists who have the opportunity of visiting several handicraft centes historical sites, monuments, nightclubs, bars and supermarkets. Some great sites in Yaounde are: the Reunification monument, the statues of Dr.Eugene Jamot and Charles Atangana, the Former Presidency now the National Meseum, several small lakes around the town, the French cultural centre and the handicraft centre at Monte Anne Rouge. The town has intra-urban buses and taxis that take people to any destination within the town at affordable rates.
It has a good security record ever since the creation of a Mobile and Rapid Intervention Police Unit. This however has not been very successful in neighborhoods with ghettoes like Briquetterie, Madagascar and Bonamoussadi due to their poor and unplanned road network. Crime wave in such neighborhoods still maintains its records.
Yaounde has a contrasting relief, with some areas very high and others very low and prone to floods during the peak of the rainy season. Contrasts can also be noticed in the nature of habitats and neighborhoods. There are good and well-planned neighborhoods, with very sophisticated buildings in places like: Maison Blanche, Bastos and Kuwait city; and very distorted, dirty, promiscuous and decayed quarters like the ghettoes earlier mentioned. Such contrasts are a reality in the day to day life of urban dwellers in Yaoundé and Cameroon at large The poor and the rich live side by side; this is common on streets like Avenue Kennedy where street children and mad people idly stray along the streets waiting to beg from people in luxurious Mecedes Benz vehicles, Jaguars amongst others. Yaounde presently has a powerful City Council that is highly engaged in ameliorating living standards through the construction of roads, rehabilitation of structures, creation of parks and expropriation of illegally occupied lands. Expropriations especially in 2008, enabled the government to recover a lot of land needed for other useful projects Even though it threw many people into the streets and made life difficult for rural migrants in town who mostly lived in such areas. This town is in constant expansion into suburban areas that were initially occupied by virgin forests

1- XMaleya is a very popular name in the Cameroon music industry. You have both francophone and Anglophone fans. How does that make you feel? We are very proud because Cameroon is a bilingual country and we are very proud to have fans everywhere and that is why we do not represent a particular tribe or region, but we stand for Cameroon in its entirety. 2- Tell us a little bit of XMaleya history, how did u meet and how did u finally merge as a group. Roger and Auguste grew up together, went to the same school at Biyem-assi and little while later, Auguste met and consequently we all became friends. Since we shared the same passion, which was music, we started doing it for fun and along the line it became serious and so Xmaleya, the group, was born. 3- You have been able to find your genre of music as a group, one which people easily identify
you with. How did you go about finding this peculiar style? Well,it went through a lot of transformations as we meet several people and artists which influenced us with time and at the end, we had a melting pot. So we all have our music preferences and we blend.
4- Your stardom is shared via international borders, France to be precise. What is your Great! It
relationship with fans out there? is a great relationship everywhere we go. When we go live on stage with our band, whether it is in the USA, Canada, France or allover Africa, it is exactly the same reaction. The same love and magic feeling with them.
5- X-maleya celebrated its tenth anniversary ina
very popular spot in Paris, le ZENITH, a hall with a massive capacity and crowd pulling allure. How did u get such a deal? It was at Olympia in 2014. To tell you the truth,we don’t how we got there, it is just fate! It is special place where people like Madonna and Johnny Holiday played, its awesome. At the time we couldn’t afford it because it was really expensive but since we really wanted to perform there, we put in all our efforts and with our team and God’s intervention we had the place and it was a lovely experience.
6- How does XMaleya stay inspired, what kind of music inspires you? Our fans, our ideology of togetherness and positivity because so many youngsters look at us. So its all thanks to our fans and our prayers to God almighty. 7- There is a new breed of music in Cameroon, so many young artist making music notably Locko, Mr Leo, Tenor. What is your appreciation of these new ventures in music? We are really happy and it is something we have always dreamt of. 18 Kamerlink
Cameroonian music is getting to the top in Africa and together we are stronger.Xmaleya cannot stay on top if they are alone but with others we can. When Xmaleya releases a new song and after some time it dies down, Mr Leo, Locko, Daphne Tenor and the others, keep the fans satisfied until the next release from Xmaleya. Hence music is always in rotation and that is what is needed to stay on top and growth follows.
11- Was there ever a time when XMaleya wanted to separate? No, no. We have never thought about that. We are an open group and everyone is free to express their love for music. If, one of us wants to do a featuring with another artist he is free. But when it is time to work as a group, we all get together. Priority always comes to the group. 12- How come XMaleya has never been involved in any confrontation with other artistes whereas that happens a lot these days? It is a waste of energy to argue. We have a lot of work to do and in our minds we haven’t done up to 50% of it. We are in a country where there isn’t a lot of order so creating disorder won’t help us, neither will it help the number of people who look up to us. We need to stay focused and do the needful, the music industry in Cameroon just started blossoming, so we don’t have time for that kind of rubbish.
8- XMaleya is always travelling. Where exactly are you based and how do you cope with your personal lives and the music business? We travel a lot for our live shows but we are based in Yaounde. As per the management of our time, it is all about organization. We give out time to every aspect of our life ;time to stay with family and friends so we keep the balance. 9-
You were recently made brand ambassadors for the planet drink, ahuge deal for the crew right? Please tell us more. A very huge deal we would say. The best victory for artists is for a brand to believe and invest so much in them. Xmaleya was contacted, we realized we shared the same vision and objectives and then we started working together, one can say it was a natural process. For everyother artiste all this comes with time if you work hard and have the right team, it will come with time.
13- As a group, you obviously carry out different tasks based on your various strong points when it comes to music making. Tell us about your respective strong points and how you complement each other as a group. Each one of us has many gifts, and we use them according to the situation at hand. If we are negotiating a business deal in the USA, Hias takes charge but if it is in a place like France, Auguste and Roger will see to it. We all play instruments and do practically the same thing but when we working on a piece with a given specification we choose the one best suited for it as simple as it sounds. We each own an individual studio and then the group studio with professional equipment. So, one of us can have an inspiration while working in their studio, then share the concept with the group.
10-
You’ve certainly had your rough moments as a group, tell us some of these challenges you’ve had doing music for ten years and more? We had all types of stumbling blocks. It wasn’t always smooth for Xmaleya. But since we are three of us, we knew how to hold hands. When the going was tough, and we got low spirited, there was always one person amongst us to encourage the rest of the team. Also, we learnt to always listen to positive critics and forget everything negative and since we had left everyother thing to do music,it was a do or die!
“
When the going was tough, and we got low spirited, there was always one person amongst us to encourage the rest of the team
”
14- We will like to find out, how many of XMaleya crew members are married? Any kids? Hahaha, we have six kids which are our six albums and we love them so much. The last one was born a couple of months ago, it's called Cardio. We like to keep other details private in order to protect those we love. But to tell you, none of us has a ring on the finger, so ladies everything is possible. Kamerlink 19

NINA NGASSA COVER STORY II 1) Tell us about how you grew up, how was your family background? Thank you KamerLink Magazine for having me on your platform. I come from a God fearing family, business oriented and humble background. Like every other girl; I went to school (school was not really my favourite (laughs)), always had big dreams and I guess what always differentiated me from my age group was my energy and boldness. I was never afraid to try even if it was wrong and I got beaten. 2) You started selling hair supplies and even opened a saloon while in University, tell us about that. Oh yeah! How did that start? While in first year, I realised hair extensions( mesh ) were quite expensive in Buea ( probably because I was versed with their prices in Kumba market ). So when I went home for holidays. I gathered my money (money meant for handouts and text books (laughs)) and bought a variety of hair extensions and started selling from my room. So I told my friends, school mates and before I knew my room became a market place. The business extended to University of Yaounde 2 (Soa) and my friend sold for me. A year later, I decided to open a saloon because I realised there was constant money in the beauty business since girls always wanted to look good. 3) Why did you stop the business? I stopped the saloon business when I later moved to Yaounde and found it hard to control the business from afar. So I sold the equipment and closed that chapter of my life. 4) You also ventured into film? Film! Film! Film! From high school I had a hobby of reading novels and developed interest in writing stories. I remember writing a script and passing it around for my classmates to read and write their comments about the story at the back page. I was in the drama club and all these made me think of getting into the film industry. Not knowing how to get in and how things were really done in the Cameroon Film Industry, I decided to try producing a movie which I did. It was titled ‘VANITY FAIR’. 5) Where did that leave you? Production wise it was good, many people who watched appreciated the quality of the movie but marketing wise, it was not good because I had little knowledge or do I say vain knowledge of how the marketing was supposed to go. I just knew I would make money out of it but ended up in a debt (laughs). I had to tell myself the bitter truth which was, close this chapter.
22 Kamerlink
It was not easy because in my head, I was getting little famous. I had a couple of interviews, I was called movie producer, and many people were calling me they want to act, I felt some out-ward Importance but inside I knew I failed and became honest to myself to quit. I actually wanted to try again but where do I get the money from? (laughs) 6) Like a prodigal child you left home, how was your experience away from your parents? At this juncture, my parents were not happy with my choices but I felt I was big and could run my life the way I pleased so I disobeyed their instructions and I moved to Yaounde. Cut the long story short, I wasted three years of my life in Yaounde trying to prove independent. The only thing I went back home to my parents with, like a prodigal daughter were the bad memories of the struggling experiences I went through in Yaoundé. Like I told some of the female students at the Catholic University Institute in Buea, it is always risky for a girl child to wonder out of the coverage of her parents. In most cases you are just moving far away from your destiny and purpose. 7) Tell us how you started your catering and events business. Starting catering? I did not… My mum had been a caterer from my secondary school days. Coming back home from Yaounde with nothing, I decided to look from within. Serving my parents and started looking for ways to push forward the catering business. Gradually things started improving, I opened a page on Facebook and started uploading pictures of our activities and looking for clients. As we progressed, I struggled to expand our services by introducing decoration and planning to our options.
9) So at this point in your life you manage several businesses besides V.W catering & events and Nina's Slowboyz. What are your other ventures? Nina’s Slow Boyz, V. W. Catering Service and Events a little here a little there (laughs). Some of my hustles are not meant for the public per say, (laughs). Yeah got a deal with NIVEA COSMETICS (laughs). Let us just leave it at this. Sometimes not everything is meant for public say. Thanks for understanding.
“
I stay true to myself, I pursue my visions and avoid external pressures of any sort, I live according to my means and I avoid anything extravagant
11) What would you say are your secrets to success so far? I stay true to myself, I pursue my visions and avoid external pressures of any sort, I live according to my means and I avoid anything extravagant – infact I deprive myself of unnecessary expenditures so I can invest in my projects. One thing I will say is I never wrote a project down and was given the capital to start the project. I always start with what I have and as I earn I plough back little by little. 12) We wish you the best in all your endeavours, how can people contact you? Thanks so much for having me share my journey so far, and anyone can reach me through the following: Nina’s Slow Boyz – Snails For Life V. W. Catering Service 00237 699674210 ngassanina@gmail.com
”
10) What is your advice to young Cameroonians who are unemployed? I always encourage those who are unemployed, it is hard advising because we all have different journeys and circumstances but no state can have 100% employment rate so let us try to make the best out of the mess. If you are job seeking, can you be humble enough to volunteer under any craft just to gain knowledge and put time in use? Avoid idleness and continue enriching yourself with potentials which could be useful tomorrow. Don’t give up.
8) Your 'Nina's slowboyz' are being consumed by people worldwide, tell us about how it started. NINA’S SLOW BOYZ!!! (laughs). It all started like a joke. A friend in America called on me two years ago and asked me to help her do some snails and send. I took pictures while I was doing the snails and a month later as I went through my phone, I saw those pictures and I decided to upload them and being playful I wrote if you need snails’ inbox me. The post went viral and before I knew it my phone went crazy with notifications. Then I quickly realised that was an opportunity and took it seriously. In the next 24hrs I started selling snails and named the business Nina’s Slow Boyz. It has been an amazing adventure and has positively impacted a lot of people to believe they can make an income out of selling snails.

Makeup is actually trending in our present age and it's so necessary you get to do it well. Here are some tips to keep you going: 1. Never sleep with makeup. Clean up your face at bed time to avoid skin irritations, pimples and blockage of your pores. Take good care of the skin that wears the makeup. 2. Don't draw your brows with a black pencil. It's so unnatural and looks too fake. 3. It's very necessary to apply a face primer before applying foundation. This helps hold the foundation and keep it in place for a long period. 4. Know the seasons. There is makeup for summer which is colorful for example and makeup for winter.
5.Never do eye shadow without using an eye shadow primer else your eye shadow won't stay long and won't pop out. 6. When using matte lipsticks, apply a lip balm first so that your lips don't crack. 7. Use the right makeup brush for the right purpose else you won't get adequate results. Okay guys, we could do with those for the moment. For more, get to me through.. Contact details: Call/Whatsapp 676573336 Facebook @ JANE'S.Torch Instagram @ janestorch237

Vice champions of the 2016 edition of the Women AFCON in Cameroon
The Cameroonian female / women’s football team, commonly known as The Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon may not be as prominent as the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, but certainly have created a beautiful page in the chronicles of female football worldwide. Even with such achievements, the female football team is not paid as much attention as their male counterparts who for some time now have brought nothing but shame to the country. The lionesses were ignored during their qualification for the African Women Championship on June 8, The indomitable lions however, were lavished with attention during their farewell match against Moldova ahead of the 2014 World Cup But their performance fell short of all expectations, with them losing all their matches and exiting with no points and only a goal scored. Nevertheless, it is not late to write a consistent history of female football in Cameroon as seen from the eyes of one-time player, former captain and now assistant coach of the female national team: Bernadette Anong. Anong earned several recognitions such as a Silver and bronze medal at the 2004 women championship and 2003 All Africa games respectively. She was among those privileged to be honored by the head of state and first lady. And her team receiving encouragement medals from the President Players in the1990s, like; Bernadette Anong,
Mike Ndoumou, Antoinette Anounga, Clarisse Ngomouko, Giadem, many others eventually pursued their second career choices such as; Kine-therapists, physical education teachers and business women, many in the police and army Under the leadership of coach Enow Ngachu, the present generation of female footballers qualified for the Olympic Games but were ousted from the competition with no points gained and no matches won. These valiant women, among them, Bella Francoise, Mani Christine, Gabrielle Aboudi Onuene, Gaelle Enganamouit, and Adrienne Iven Mihamle recently qualified the country for the African Women Championship, Cameroon 2016. However, the indomitable lionesses could not stand the pressure from the Nigerians and were defeated at the finals, giving Nigeria their 8th title of the competition. Cameroon has featured 12 times in the African Women’s Cup of Nations since 1991. Best results have been runners-up in 1991, 2004, 2014 and 2016.
Prospects
All is not blur; there is a silver lining in the horizon. The prospects are good because young players can now play for clubs in Europe. From the 26th of February 2018 the lionesses began a crucial qualification for the 11th edition of the Women AFCON scheduled for 17th November to 1st December in Ghana. Coach Joseph Ndoko will be looking forward in going one step further than his predecessor did and winning the trophy for Cameroon. Currently, Cameroon has dropped to 48th spot as per the 15th December 2017 rankings by FIFA. Top scorer for the indomitable lionesses is Madeleine Ngono Mani with 26 goals.

Why The Movie Industry In Cameroon Is Failing
Reasons
Disunity : Imagine an industry where there is maximum mutual support. An industry
where a movie maker will genuinely support each other's projects. As the saying goes "United We Are Stronger".
Lack of Training : The talent is inborn but a little training butters it up.
From Story developers, to script writers, to producers to directors right down to the actors and marketers. We all need some basic training.
Timid Fan Base : Cameroonian movie makers are waking up from their slumber at a time when international movie industries have taken over the market. For so long, fans have nursed a negative notion about home made movies. What can we do to rebuild fan trust ? How do we go about building a sensible market for our movies ? Let's think... Originality: Cameroon is one of the most endowed countries in the
world as far as cultural diversity is concerned. It's high time the movie sector makes more use of this advantage. We need to tell our own stories in our own way, in our own languages making use of our rich cultures.
Lack of funding: Movie projects are costly ventures. With the
quality of talents, the potential to showcase our culture, provide employment and generate revenue, it is definitely a sector worth investing in. Government bodies, public and private entities, the industry needs you.
