Project No. 02 Craftsman Kitchen The client wanted to open the kitchen and dining room to create enough space to include an island. An open floor plan will allow them to have a larger kitchen. It will also allow them to be with their guests while cooking. They've always loved the look of natural oak and a traditional craftsman kitchen. This aesthetic drove the selection of materials. During the design process, the client decided that the traditional Mission style cabinet with vertical lines in the door panel was too busy. They chose a plain panel Mission style cabinet door.

Project No. 03 A space for entertaining The clients’ youngest child left for college, and they decided It was time to give themselves the kitchen of their dreams. The husband Is an engineer by trade but at home he likes the title of chef. The home Is a 90's spec home with vaulted ceilings and a postage-stamp sized kitchen. The client is hoping that a wall can be removed to the dining room In order to expand the kitchen square footage. They love energetic spaces and want an Inviting design that engages their guests. When not entertaining they love to chat about their day while cooking together.
