-No training session vouchers are included in this plan

*Once hours are consumed, calls will be billed at the standard rate. Support agreement contracts will be for a 1-year term, renewable upon anniversary. Support agreements will not be eligible for renewal mid-term. Invoices will be issued monthly. Additional blocks will not be available for purchase until the contract expiration date.
