The negative impact of this can make a leader to be less satisfied with anything they are doing. And this can more likely cause a person to leave the organization; living in the context of others can make us be unsuccessful leaders. This doesn’t mean that we need to neglect the views or opinions of others; taking others' opinions and views as feedback is the most important thing in life. The ministry, which God has given us, is to serve people who are around us. But not to seek our personal glory.
