This season our Winter collection was photographed at one of the oldest and most iconic properties in inner Brisbane. This season we wanted to evoke the feeling of home, comfort and femininity and Hanworth House offered just that. Follow her rich history, her origins and owners through to her restoration and current provision of a beautiful variety of accommodation options. And, in addition, Hanworth is a premium venue for some of Brisbane’s finest events. Hanworth is more than a place to stay. Home to the original Portmaster of Brisbane, Hanworth has been a home, a hospice and a haven, but always a residence with heart, benefiting those who lived there and the community for over 150 years. Facial rolling has become a popular facial technique that naturally stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic drainage for tired or congested skin. The facial roller can be used for lifting and sculpting, relaxing tight muscles that contribute to fine lines, and for de-puffing under-eyes and cheeks. How to use your facial roller: Moisten the skin with a gentle facial oil, like rosehip. With gentle pressure, move in upward lifting motions from the centre of the face and out towards the hairline. Stop and lightly press the tool in the hairline in front of and behind the ears to stimulate lymphatic drainage. Also follow the jawline and sides of the neck, where there are more drainage sites. R E C I P E Balsamic glazed salmon I N G R E D I E N T S
2 Salmon fillets 1 tablespoon of TASTEOLOGY Garlic Olive Oil 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic 3-4 tablespoons of TASTEOLOGY Red Balsamic 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard ½ teaspoon TASTEOLOGY Gret Barrier Reef Rock Salt ¼ teaspoon TASTEOLOGY Black Pepper
S T E P S
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper. Heat the olive oil over medium in a small frypan. Add the garlic and cook for about 2 minutes or until it begins to brown, watch carefully so that it does not burn. Add the balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk and simmer until it thickens. Put the salmon skin-side down on the baking paper and coat with the glaze using a pastry brush. Bake for 5 minutes then brush again with the glaze. Put it back in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through. Serve with your favourite salad or veggies and enjoy.
