I N G R E D I E N T S For 4 people: - 400g Spaghetti - 60ml Olive oil - 6 Cloves of garlic - 20g Parsley - Parmesan cheese to serve
M E T H O D 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook. Reserve 200ml of the cooking water. Drain the pasta and set aside 2. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat until simmering. Add the garlic and grated chilli and cook until the garlic turns golden brown. Remove the pan from the heat. 3. Add the pasta to the skillet and finish it by adding some pasta water. Cook until al dente. Remove from heat. Stir in the parsley and remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and toss to combine.
