Scripture

I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord. Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem. Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together: Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the Lord, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the Lord. For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces. For my brethren and companions’ sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee. Because of the house of the Lord our God I will seek thy good.

122 Divisions of Psalms

And God spake all these words, saying, I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.

Thou shalt not kill.

Thou shalt not commit adultery.

Thou shalt not steal.

Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.

Exodus 20:1-17

For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.

James 2:10-12

Welcome Brethren,

Oh, How good and pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity. We greet you in the sweet name of our Lord Jesus Christ, of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named.

We honor all of our Bishops, Elders, Pastors and to the entire body of Christ, our Lord. We certainly thank you for taking out the time to partake in this Holy Convocation. Thank you for choosing to worship with us during this week of fellowship as we honor our Lord.

With that being said, we would like to extend a warm welcome to you. We hope that you will obey the welcoming spirit of the Lord and be richly blessed. Please don’t be afraid and don’t hold back in your worship. This is our time to praise our Lord Jesus Christ. Let’s Go Forth Together!

You are welcome!

Humbly Submitted,

The Church of the Living God Pillar and Ground of the Truth, (1st Timothy 3:15) is an Apostolic organization whose roots can be traced back to the day of Pentecost.

In a time when so many churches are bowing to the pressures of society, we must continue to build upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, committed to the preaching and teaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ, without compromising. Himself being the chief corner stone (Ephesians 2:20).

We believe in water baptism by immersion in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, reception of the Holy Ghost evidenced by the speaking in other tongues and living a Holy and Sanctified life according to the teaching of the Word of God . We are striving to face today’s challenges through the word of God.

Our ultimate goal is to prepare souls for the great anticipated return of our Lord Jesus Christ, to receive His church.

NATIONAL SONG: “Lord Don’t Let Me Fail”

Lord Don’t Let Me Fail

Lord don’t let me fail, I want to be in your Bride, When my way grows dark, keep me by your side

When my faith grows weak, always let me see Something in my life that thou hast done for me.

If in our striving, we falter on our way.

We all like sheep, Lord, who’ve gone astray But Christ, our savior, he’ll never forsake his own. In danger seen or unseen, he’ll always lead us home.

Sometimes my way is weary, and I’m burdened down with care.

Seems like I’ve got no friends, Lord, to help me share.

But then I hear your voice, that in the midnight hour Says, “Child, I am your God, and I will take you through.”

Daily Bible Readings

1st day…And above all things have fervent Charity among yourselves for Charity shall cover a multitude of sins. Peter 4:7-10; Proverbs 10:12

2nd day…And above all these things put on Charity, which is the bond of perfectness. Colossians 3:12-17

3rd day…Now the end (goal or purpose) of the commandment is Charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned: I Timothy 1:1-5

4th day…Which have borne witness of thy charity before the church: whom if thou bring forward on their journey after a godly sort, thou shall do well: 3 John 1:1-6

5th day…And beside this, giving all diligence, ADD to your faith, virtue, knowledge, temperance, patience, godliness, brotherly kindness, and CHARITY. 2 Peter 1:4-9

6th day…And now abide faith, hope, CHARITY, these three: but the greatest of these is CHARITY.

1 Corinthians 13:13

**Let ALL your things be done with CHARITY. I Corinthians 16:14-18

And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. Ephesians 4:11-16
