Our Leaders

CFSB’s vision is to be the leading financial partner for businesses and families in Western Kentucky. As we have grown and diversified, we have split the traditional role of CEO/President into two positions, which will allow us to more effectively manage day to day operations and provide the level of service our clients and communities expect and deserve.

I will work with our team to make sure that our culture is continually nurtured. We continue to develop the next level of leadership and high performing team members. I will also work daily with our clients, making sure that they know that we value their relationship with CFSB. And, I will combine the above two facets to make sure that our day to day operations meet the expectations of our clients, while providing an atmosphere for our team members to flourish.

Jason Jones President

2 | Community Financial Services Bank

My focus will be on Board governance, strategic planning and vision, budgeting and financial reporting, as well as regulatory and legislative advocacy and compliance. Our experienced and committed executive team has almost 230 years combined experience with CFSB, and our long-term goal is to provide a solid capital base from which to fund stable, sustainable, organic growth as Western Kentucky’s premier regional bank.

Michael Radcliffe Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Our Mission Our community has always come first. This creed has been central in forming CFSB’s mission statement from our beginning on April 16, 1890, that continues to this very day.

Our Vision At CFSB, we take pride in our Culture.

Community is intentionally part of our name.

CFSB has a strong Commitment to each community that we serve!

Support small business, American Dream.

We believe that God Almighty has allowed us to be stewards of this community. Our focus is clear that we have been brought here to serve. Each CFSB Team Member is thoroughly vetted for their values and trained through our God Centered approach to both our clients and our teammates. Joshua 1:9, “Be Strong and Courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Our team members live in each market and have relationships with the neighbors and friends that trust us with one of their most important earthly possessions, their money. We are committed to guiding them with their questions and concerns from large purchases to planning for the future!

It’s who we are! Sure, we are all bankers, but we wear many more hats throughout the communities vast interests. From our teammates to our clients, we are all part of this community. Since 1890, CFSB has been here for the good times and the times of crisis. Our community’s beacon has shown brightest in moments when we take care of one another in trouble and distress. At CFSB, we are here for you.

CFSB will always lend support to small businesses, the backbone and the heartbeat of the communities. These companies not only supply consumers with goods and services, but most importantly, they provide jobs ensuring a healthy local economy. This support not only comes from financial partnerships, but also through technology, making banking easier and more convenient.

CFSB has over 230 years of combined banking experience in our Executive Leadership. With nearly 300 team members, the bank boasts 1,000+

years of banking knowledge to assist our clients through any situation.

Our History

C

ommerce had always been slowed in Marshall County, Kentucky without the presence of a bank. When construction of the Paducah, Tennessee and Alabama Railroad began in 1889, local entrepreneurs set in motion plans to incorporate a bank. In March of 1890, a bill was introduced in the General Assembly in Frankfort. This bill received final approval on April 16, 1890, thus Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) was born. The capital stock of CFSB was initially $12,500.
