I’ve lived at Station 74 for two years and recommend it to anyone. The value is great for an off-campus apartment, so much is included (my favorite is the fitness center) and the staff is so accommodating. I love having my own room and a shared common area, and staff eventually set me up with terrific roommates.

Station is a great place to live. The bundle I have includes all utilities so it’s really nice to have everything at an affordable rate. Cable, wifi; all of it is included. The pool and workout room being accessible at all times of the day also comes in handy because I work throughout the day, meaning I’m only available at night. The staff is really nice and all together they handle everything very well.
