Electrical contact generally utilizes a combination of silver and copper alloy to form into specific shape to accomodate the electrical equipment’s design. These common shapes include rivets, tips/flakes, wires, strips and formed parts.

As the one stip electrical solution provider of electrical contact, Juxing manufacture all types of contact inhouse and is well equipped with the production facilties to combine, and assemble them utilizing the latest manufacturing technology.

Standalone Contacts CONTACT RIVETS Used primarily in electrical switching devices and relays, contact rivets are produced either by hot or cold technology via wire molding methodology.

Available in Solid, Bi-Metal and Tri-Metal

STRIPS & WIRES Composite contact strips embed silver electrical contact on copper strips via overlay technology. Custom profiling of contact wire is also available on request.

Available in Ag alloy overlay on Cu strips and Silver Alloy Wire in standard or custom profile

CONTACT TIPS Comprises of silver alloy produced using powder mixer, power forming and recompression equipment followed by sintering and infiltration furnance.
