If you’re planning to be married in the warmer months, now is the time to start prepping your skin. Renée Tilley, creator of award-winning beauty brand Paudhã Healing, shares four tips that will have your whole body radiating with good health in the lead-up to your big day.

1. TASTE THE GOODNESS
