YOU WILL NEED: Brooches/buttons/fake or paper fl owers, ribbons or lace, small square of hessian or fabric, fi ne wire, pliers, masking tape (optional), green fl oral tape, rubber bands, scissors, glue.
1
Pull wire through button. Stop when the wire is roughly divided in half, then thread it back through the hole twice more. Now twist wire around itself, all the way to the end.
2 3

Wrap masking tape around the wire stem to thicken it up (optional). Now wrap again with green floral tape.

4
Repeat this process with each brooch or button. Stem by stem, arrange your bouquet into shape, working from the centre out.
5

Use rubber bands to secure the bouquet at both ends of the stem.

6
Create a sheath for the bouquet stems to slip into. Cut a piece of hessian or fabric to fit and secure with glue or sew by hand.
7

Add some vintage lace around the hessian. You can also tie ribbon around the centre. Create a boutonniére for your partner using the same technique. You can use a pearl-head pin to secure the fabric.
