Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Add ketchup or BBQ sauce on top last 10 min 1 2 3 4 5 6

Mix all ingredients

Shape into loaf

Put into loaf pan or cookie sheet or cake pan (Anything that won’t burn or spill the oil)

Bake for one hour

1-1/2lbs Ground Beef, 1 Cup Bread Crumbs (or one row of saltine crackers), 1 Egg

Heat up tortillas, use just tortilla to pick up the meat use lots of napkins. It is greasy wonderfulness! 1 2 3 6

Slice onion, tomatoes & Chiles into thin slices

Brown ground beef with onion, with or without seasonings on med. high. Tomatoes and Chile on high until boiling then cover with lid and simmer on med low for 10 min.

NO FORKS

1-2lbs Ground Beef, 1-2 Fresh Tomatoes, 1 Onion, Corn tortilla or flour tortillas Spicy Add 1-3 Serrano Chiles

Mix all ingredients together roll into desired sized balls.

Fill bottom of pan with olive oil or vegetable oil, fry on medium high until brown on each side (about 4 min each side)

Place on napkin to remove excess oil

Bring all ingredients to boil add in meat balls simmer for 10 min on med. low

1 Egg, 1 Cup Italian Bread, Crumbs or 1 pack of saltine crackers (smashed), llb Ground Beef or your choice Ground Meat

Sauce: Sweet & Sour Sauce 1 Can Pineapple Chunks

1 Can Whole Cranberry Sauce 1 Cup Sweet Baby Rays

BBQ Sauce (or any other BBQ sauce on hand)

Mix all ingredients

Slap this on a plate! Eat it just bald headed with nothing. It is juicy and delicious 1 2 3 4 4

Roll loosely then slap patty onto counter top 2x

Cook on stove top or grill (Cooking time will vary by thickness of burger & desired level of wellness)

1lb Ground Beef, 1 Pack Lipton’s French Onion Soup Mix

Heat oven to 400 degrees

Maybe with your favorite bread and butter. 1 2 3 4 5 6

Put cubed squash on cookie sheet in one layer (Can use parchment paper but not necessary)

Bake for 40min

While baking, boil onion and broth

Take baked squash and add to blender with one cup of broth. Blend until smooth. Add to broth mix and enjoy!

1 Butternut Squash (peeled and cubed), 6 Cups Veggie or Chicken Broth, 1 Chopped Onion

Coat asparagus in olive oil

Wrap with prosciutto in pairs of two

Place on cookie sheet

Cook in oven broiler for 3 min on med. high

1 Bunch of Asparagus, 1lb Prosciutto, 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

Room temperature butter and honey

Mix all ingredients well

Bake on cookie sheet for 25-30 minutes.

Use foil for easy clean up. Enjoy! So very sweet and buttery.

Carrots, 2tbsp Butter, 2tbsp Honey

Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees

Get some milk and enjoy your cookies! 1 2 3 4 5 6

Mix All Ingredients until smooth

Roll Mix into 1-inch balls

Place on cookie sheet at least an inch apart

With a fork make criss cross pattern to flatten each cookie down and make it cute.

Bake for 10 minutes, cool on wire rack or plate (Let them cool or they will fall apart)

1 Cup Peanut Butter, you pick what kind, 1 Egg, 1 Cup Of White Sugar

Mix condensed milk with coco powder or hot coco (Can do it without Chocolate too)

Crush up the Nilla cookies leaving some chunks

Mix with coco condensed milk folding together

Transfer to clear wrap forming a log Wrap with foil to hold form or place into loaf pan

Place into freezer for 5 hours

Serve 2” slices. It looks so delicious!

You can serve with ice cream or have with coffee or tea amazing!

1 Box Nilla Wafers, 1 Can Condensed Milk, 1/4 Cup Coco Powder or 2 Packs Hot Coco Mix

Mix All ingredients roll into little balls or bigger size balls. Up to you!

Smash the balls flat

Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Then enjoy!

2 Cups Rolled Oats/Quick Oats, 1 Cup Peanut Butter, 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup or Honey

In sauce pan combine sugar & coffee (If using regular coffee add 3 tbsp of vanilla extract) bring to gentle boil over medium heat

Once it begins to boil reduce heat to simmer 10 minutes let cool completely add in vodka & store in an air-tight container. It will be good for 1-2 years

3 Cups Vanilla Flavored Coffee, 3 Cups Sugar, 3 cups Of Vodka

Combine pineapple juice and caramel sauce, shake over ice

Pour into cup over ice

With the spoon touching inside of glass pour grenadine down the spoon. It should sink to bottom of the glass

Cup Pineapple Juice, 1tbsp Carmel Sauce, 2tsp Grenadine Syrup

3/4 Cup Hot Water, 1/2oz Whiskey, 3tsp Honey, Garnish with Lemon wedge & Cinnamon stick Coffee cup add water and honey stir until dissolved

Can Frozen Lemonade, 8oz Vanilla Ice Cream
