TENTH ANNUAL SALE
BULL SALE
Two Day Open House Private Treaty Bid-Off Aberdeen Livestock (West Barn), Aberdeen, SD
When we started planning this sale last fall we really didn’t expect to be writing the welcome letter while our country is on lockdown. It seems so surreal to go from weather related disasters to now dealing with a world health pandemic. We sincerely hope that you all are staying safe from our family to yours. We had tossed around this idea of a new format this year due to wanting to keep our offering numbers lower allowing us to cull harder and focus on a small sale group. We have culled to 16 elite lots and we feel we have one of the best groups of bulls we have ever offered! Now more than ever we know we have made the right decision. The format for this year allows you to come as you like, evaluate the bulls at Aberdeen Livestock in their display pens, ask questions and place your bids. We have cut this offering down to just 16 lots and we have one of the best group bulls we have ever offered. They are uniform from the top to the bottom and there are no bulls “back at home.” We have seen their ability to withstand adverse weather conditions (most of them being born last year during blizzards), thrive on summer grazing and creep, and excel post weaning with numbers we know cattlemen appreciate! We hope that if you are in the market for a herd changing bull that you will reach out with any questions and make plans now to check out the offering in person. Should you be unable to attend, we have a proven track record of placings bulls in the hands of producers to elevate their operation based on each specific need. Please do not hesitate to call or view online closer to sale date. Thanks, Justin Holt
