quality programming and provide consistent support through staffing, mentoring, and resource allocation. By expanding student engagement in Lasallian Student Life, integrating leadership development across programs, and strengthening extracurricular activities via institutional support, student life will have an even greater impact on the growth and development of our students.
Drive academic and co-curricular growth through student engagement. Academic and co-curricular excellence means
providing students with high-quality opportunities to grow both in and beyond the classroom. Our co-curricular programs - from athletics and arts to campus ministry, service, and student leadership - are designed for deep personal development, collaboration, and achievement. Excellence in these areas is defined by clear goals, skilled mentorship, inclusive practices, and opportunities for students to take ownership of their growth. Whether on stage, in the lab, on the field, or through service, students are challenged and supported to lead, reflect, and pursue mastery. Prioritize and resource holistic support for student, faculty, and staff well-being. Wellness must be embedded into Justin-Siena’s
daily practices, programming, and culture. This may include mental health support, inclusive health education, accessible opportunities for physical fitness, access to wellness resources, staff training, and intentional scheduling that allows for balance and sustainability. We will aspire to be an institution where wellness is seen as a shared responsibility that informs how we learn, lead, and live.
Prepare graduates for the rapidly changing landscape they will enter. Empowering students for a rapidly evolving and
unpredictable future requires a commitment to thoughtful, technologically advanced, futureoriented curriculum and pedagogy. This preparation is amplified by investing in cutting-edge educational technology tools and their seamless integration into the curriculum, including the strategic use of AI. We are committed to strengthening college readiness and expanding access to higher education by cultivating strong university relationships, comprehensive counseling, and robust scholarship support. Social justice, service, and community outreach are core priorities that shape our culture and community. We are committed to embedding service across all aspects of school life and external communications to foster a lasting culture of impact rooted in leadership, faith, and reflection. By expanding opportunities for meaningful community service and integrating them into curricular and co-curricular programs - with structured moments for reflection - we cultivate compassionate leaders dedicated to making a difference in the world.
Strengthen student leadership and mentorship opportunities. Adopting a peer-to-peer leadership and mentorship model empowers students to take ownership of their growth while fostering a supportive and collaborative school culture. It strengthens leadership skills by encouraging students to guide and learn from one another through real, lived
experiences. This model also aligns with JustinSiena’s Lasallian values by promoting mutual respect, service, and community through authentic student connections. We will create clear and inclusive pathways to leadership, emphasizing the personal growth and meaningful contribution that come from active participation.

Enhance campus safety and mitigate risks. Justin-Siena prioritizes a safe, secure campus and risk mitigation for all of its assets - people, physical plant, and data and intellectual property. We will execute audits of internal systems and their security, scan for vulnerabilities, and conduct student and staff training around safety, cyberthreats, and cybersecurity. We will prioritize enhanced campus safety through improved security measures and comprehensive supervision, creating a secure and nurturing atmosphere for all.
