A ROAD MAP FOR OUR FUTURE 1
FIRST STOP:
Amplify and promote our Lasallian Catholic mission, identity, and culture. By activating our mission, animating our Lasallian Educational Outcomes, cultivating Lasallian leadership among faculty and staff, and expanding parent engagement, the school ensures that its core values of faith, service, and community are taught, lived, and celebrated. This comprehensive approach ensures that every student, parent, and Lasallian educator understands and embodies the Lasallian mission and heritage, creating a unified and inspired community poised to send graduates into the world as impactful, faith-driven leaders.
How Do We Get There? Follow Our Star. Actuate Justin-Siena’s identity and school culture, one that is firmly rooted in our Lasallian Catholic mission and heritage, the five Lasallian core principles, and our Lasallian Educational Outcomes (LEOs).
Faith in the presence of God
Concern for the poor and social justice
Quality education
Justin-Siena exists because of its mission and identity as a
co-educational Lasallian Catholic high school. When we intentionally infuse the Lasallian mission in all aspects of school operation, we know that every student and adult on campus is noticed, named, and known. It is incumbent upon everyone in the Justin-Siena community to ensure consistent experiences of mission, identity, and culture. Pillars of our mission and identity - the Founder’s story and the Christian Brothers’ foundational documents, our five Lasallian core principles, and Justin-Siena’s Lasallian Educational Outcomes are known by all and guide our educational philosophy and practice.
