Impactful leadership supported by a strong community.
As we gear up to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Justin-Siena, we pause to reflect with immense gratitude on the generations of students, families, alumni, faculty, staff, and benefactors who have shaped our school. For six decades, Justin-Siena has remained steadfast in its mission to form young men and women in faith, scholarship, leadership, and service. Today, while honoring our past, we also look boldly toward the future we will build together. As we look ahead, Vision 2030 will be our guiding light.
This anniversary year is one of both reflection and momentum. Thanks to the careful stewardship and unwavering support of our community, Justin-Siena remains fiscally strong and well-positioned. Our financial health allows us to invest confidently in our students, faculty, facilities, and programs, while remaining resolute in our commitment to accessibility, innovation, and educational excellence. As we mark 60 years of impact, we are reminded that every generation of support has contributed to the thriving institution we celebrate today.
We continue to enhance the student experience across campus through meaningful capital improvements. From upgrades to the Brother Bede Center (BBC) and the transformation of the Senior Lawn, to numerous facility enhancements that support learning and community, these investments ensure that our campus continues to serve future Braves faithfully. Each refinement manifests our commitment to providing an environment where students thrive in a myriad of arenas.
The strength of Justin-Siena is rooted in the generosity of those who believe in our mission. Annual giving, major gifts, legacy commitments, and corporate partnerships each play a vital role in advancing our work. We are especially encouraged by the growth of our Legacy Circle Program which creates an enduring connection between our past, present, and future. Through thoughtful planned gifts, supporters ensure that generations of Braves to come will benefit from a consistent transformative educational experience. We applaud the continued success of Braves Alliance, an individual and corporate Sponsorship Program that demonstrates the powerful partnership among local businesses, alumni, families, and friends who invest in the promise of a Justin-Siena education.
Most importantly, our students continue to inspire us. Justin-Siena graduates have made consequential contributions in their professions, communities, and families. Continuing that proud tradition, today’s students earn admission to outstanding colleges and universities, pursue meaningful careers, and distinguish themselves as compassionate leaders. And yet success at Justin-Siena is measured by far more than academic achievement. Guided by our Lasallian values, we strive to cultivate graduates who are prepared and eager to lead and to serve.
This milestone anniversary challenges us to imagine the possibilities the next 60 years could bring while remaining firmly grounded in the values that have defined Justin-Siena since 1966. The stories and accomplishments highlighted in this report are a testament to the extraordinary legacy we share and the promising future before us.
For over 60 years, every dollar allocated from our total operations budget is directed to the quality and experience of a Justin-Siena education. Students and their families are the true benefactors of the careful planning that goes into the day-today operation of the school. The budget has grown alongside campus enrollement ensuring superior academics and creative outlets, as well as maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.

Impactful Iam
Givino Rossini ’15
Reflection, connection, and belonging.
What makes a school community truly special often reveals itself over time—through the relationships formed, the guidance received, and the paths those experiences helped shape. For Givino Rossini ’15, it was the culture of support and encouragement that left a lasting impression.
During Givino’s time as a student, Justin-Siena High School stood out for its strong emphasis on continuing education and the meaningful connections between students, counselors, and peers. “The support from older students and counselors made all the difference,” he reflects. “I likely wouldn’t have found, or even heard of, my college without those people sharing their insights and encouraging me to keep searching for the right fit.” That guidance instilled a deeper understanding that each step in life’s journey holds value—and that sometimes, an outside perspective is exactly what’s needed to move forward with confidence.
That lesson has continued to shape Givino well beyond graduation, particularly in his professional life. When he set out to start his café business, he leaned on the relationships he had built through his educational community, reaching out to former professors who connected him with college alumni experienced in launching restaurants. As his Kettle On café business grew, he continued turning to his network—often reconnecting with high school and college classmates through LinkedIn to help fill gaps in his own expertise. Through those connections, he found tax professionals, graphic designers, and others whose skills helped support his entrepreneurial journey. For Givino, sharing a common educational background made collaboration more natural and communication more effective.
While staying connected after graduation hasn’t always been easy— especially without the use of social media—the pull of the Justin-
Siena community remains strong. A recent 10-year reunion brought that connection back into focus in an unexpected and meaningful way. Returning to Napa Valley, Givino was struck by the energy and enthusiasm of his classmates. “The Class of 2015 really showed up,” he shared. “We had a great time together and definitely indulged in a bit of shenanigans.”
But beyond the fun, what stood out most was the authenticity of the experience. Conversations went deeper than surface-level updates, with classmates openly sharing both successes and struggles from the years since graduation. “It felt real. People were genuinely interested in reconnecting, and it left a lasting impression on me.”
Moments like these underscore the importance of staying engaged with the Justin-Siena community. Reunions and alumni events offer more than nostalgia—they create space for reflection, connection, and a renewed sense of belonging. They remind alumni that the community that helped shape them can still very much a part of their lives.
As Justin-Siena celebrates its 60th anniversary, Givino offers a simple but powerful message to current students and fellow graduates alike: don’t underestimate the value of your network. “Leverage your connections after graduation,” he advises. “Your classmates and fellow alumni go on to pursue interesting and diverse paths. Don’t hold back from reaching out.”
At its core, the Justin-Siena experience is about more than academics—it’s about building a lifelong community rooted in generosity, curiosity, and shared growth. “You can reach out knowing almost everyone is willing to share what they’ve learned and give back,” he notes. It’s a lesson that continues to resonate, proving that while the high school years may be finite, the impact of a Justin-Siena education is anything but.

Our Signature Events raise crucial funds that directly support the enrichment of co-curricular programs and tuition assistance across the school community. These events help ensure that students have access to a wide range of experiences beyond the classroom, including athletics, the arts, mock trial, and robotics, as well as expand opportunities for participation, allowing more students to engage fully regardless of financial circumstance. Through this support, Signature Events strengthen both the accessibility and quality of the overall student experience.

We’ve grown up “with” Napa.

From being a relatively small town in 1966, to a world-class wine region in 2026, the Napa community has lovingly supported Justin-Siena. Multiple family generations attend our school and local businesses and individuals continue to sponsor our fundraising events. Both have contributed to the impressive growth and academic achievements for the last 60 years. Inspired by the dedication of our community, teaching our core value of the responsibilty to give back is an important part of our curriculum and education.

Impactful Plans for the next four years.
Year One Progress
During the first year of Vision 2030, Justin-Siena made meaningful progress in advancing the priorities of Place, People, Programs, and Promise. As our campus celebrates 60 years, we continue to invest in spaces that foster student success and academic excellence. Faculty and staff listening sessions helped identify campus needs and inform thoughtful improvements, including continued renovations to the 200–500 Wings, enhancements to Senior Lawn, the transformation of the Brother Bede Center—including the Michele Farver Center for Student Support, and the expansion of academic support services through a new Learning Lab initiative launching in fall 2026. These ongoing investments strengthen both our academic infrastructure and the student experience.
Vision 2030 also focused on enriching our people, programs, and mission-driven promise. Leadership development opportunities expanded through initiatives such as Link Crew and enhanced Student Life onboarding will help students build confidence and connection from the moment they arrive on campus. Our award-winning Performing Arts program continues to exemplify excellence, earning regional recognition through the Sara Bareilles Awards, while programs like LEAP and its new senior retreat provide intentional support as students transition to college. Grounded in our Lasallian mission, Vision 2030 continues to guide thoughtful decision-making, strengthen our operational culture, expand access to leadership opportunities, and ensure every student is supported for the next 60 years.

Powerfullmpact
For many alumni, high school is remembered through a handful of defining moments. But for Jill (Woolley) Sinclair ’99, Justin-Siena graduate and longtime staff member, it was the entirety of the experience that left the greatest impact. From friendships and faculty mentorship to sports, retreats, and campus traditions, Justin-Siena shaped not only who she became, but also the life and career she would ultimately build on the very campus she once called home as a student.
Reflecting on her years at Justin-Siena in the late 1990s, she describes the school as a “fun and vibrant place” filled with energy, spirit, and opportunity. Leadership students organized activities that brought the school community together, while Campus Ministry created meaningful retreats and liturgies that fostered reflection and connection. Sporting events were filled with school pride, and the arts flourished with strong student and community support. “There was always something going on,” she recalls. “It made the campus feel alive.”
That dynamic atmosphere had a lasting influence. The excitement and variety of campus life inspired her desire to pursue a career where every day would bring new experiences and meaningful interactions. Now, after two decades, she has spent more of her life at Justin-Siena than away from it, serving the school community as a counselor and mentor to current students.
Her decision to return to Justin-Siena professionally was rooted in gratitude. The school gave her lifelong friendships, a rigorous education, and values that continue to guide her today. Some of those friendships became family — including meeting her husband during her time at the school — while countless classmates and teammates helped shape her during those formative years.
Equally influential were the faculty and staff members who modeled compassion, leadership, faith, and enthusiasm. She credits former principal Greg Schmitz for demonstrating the importance of simply “showing up” for students by attending athletic, arts, and community events. Teachers like Mr. Bob Morrish and Dr. Marshall Foletta brought passion and excitement into the classroom each day, while freshman basketball Coach Betty Lu taught lessons about hard work, humor, and teamwork. Campus Minister Georgine Clarke inspired students by living her faith authentically and leading by example.
Today, those lessons continue to guide her work with students. “One of the most powerful things adults can do for young people is to just show up,” she says — a philosophy she strives to embody every day on campus.
As Justin-Siena celebrates 60 years, she encourages students to fully embrace all the opportunities available to them. From athletics and arts to retreats and leadership, she believes the school offers a uniquely rich high school experience. She especially values the diversity of the Justin-Siena community, bringing together students from many backgrounds and counties. “Meet as many people as you can and learn from each other,” she advises. “Push yourself to try new things.”
For alumni, she believes staying connected can take many forms — from volunteering and mentoring students to simply cheering on a Braves team, attending a performance, or gathering at beloved community events. At its core, she says, Justin-Siena remains a place built on relationships, shared experiences, and community that continues long after graduation.
“One of the most powerful things adults can do for young people is to just show up.”

ORACLE PARK MAY 2nd
IMPACTFUL An Experience
The Justin-Siena Varsity Baseball team played a special “High School Showcase” game at Oracle Park in San Francisco, home of the San Francisco Giants, on Saturday, May 2, 2026. They faced the Fort Bragg Timberwolves in a non-league matchup.
The event served as a once-in-alifetime experience for the high schoolers to step onto a Major League Baseball diamond, utilize the pro dugouts, and play in front of hundreds of supporters who made the trip from Napa.

Each year, the generosity of the Justin-Siena community opens doors for our graduating seniors through scholarships established by alumni, families, donors, and community partners. These meaningful gifts are more than financial assistance—they are a powerful vote of confidence in our students’ potential and a reminder that they are supported by a community that believes in their dreams. This year, more than $60,000 in donor-funded community scholarships were awarded to graduating seniors.

Justin-Siena relies on the support of the community through volunteer time, event participation, and financial contributions to support tuition assistance, campus improvements, and co-curricular programs.
Gina (Salazar) Rasler ’89
lmpactful Volunteering l
During her time at Justin-Siena, Gina (Salazar) Rasler ’89 balanced a demanding schedule that included academics, cheerleading, theatre, and a weekend job. To fulfill her (then-required) service hours, she coached cheer and dance for St. Apollinaris Catholic School. At first, the commitment seemed nearly impossible to fit into her already packed schedule. The responsibility she felt toward the younger students kept her going, and ultimately informed her desire and commitment to serve. Though by her junior year she had completed the required hours, having come to recognize the impact she could make, she continued coaching through her senior year.
What began as a challenge, ultimately became a defining experience. Today, as a Justin-Siena parent and frequent volunteer, she believes strongly in giving back. She appreciates the extent to which schools rely on the support of their communities through volunteer time, event participation, and financial contributions to support tuition assistance, campus improvements, and co-curricular programs. She reflects that her own journey into volunteerism began with those community service hours. Her involvement in theatre also played a significant role in shaping her high school experience as she formed friendships with classmates whose diverse personalities created a strong sense of collaboration and creativity. She learned how to interact effectively with different types of people—skills she still relies on in her career in construction and design. Working with clients and various trades requires clear communication, approachability, and confidence— qualities she traces back to the confidence she first developed performing on stage at Justin-Siena.
Gina’s connection to Justin-Siena has remained strong over the years, in part because the school is woven deeply into her family history. With relatives spanning from the first graduating class to the Class of
2025, the school has been a constant presence across generations. Through cousins, nieces, nephews, and her own sons, Joey ’24 and Ryan ’25, she continues to support Justin-Siena by attending and volunteering at a myriad of events. She has found watching the campus and community evolve rewarding, and hopes alumni will continue to inspire future graduates to return to carry forward the Lasallian traditions of leadership and service.
Reflecting on Justin-Siena’s 60-year legacy, she encourages current students and fellow alumni to recognize that the high school journey is more than a stepping stone to college. It is a formative time when students begin discovering themselves. The habits they build, the challenges they manage, and the people they surround themselves with, all shape their characters and future paths. Life after graduation may feel uncertain, but that uncertainty often leads to growth. Observing that success rarely follows a straight line, rather it unfolds over time, Gina offers, “Life is a marathon, not a race. Take your time and enjoy the experiences ahead. Your potential is limitless when you approach the future with confidence and purpose.”
Along the way, several individuals left a lasting impression on Gina’s Justin-Siena experience. She recalls that Dan Clark was known for always having a much-needed used textbook back in the days before computers and iPads. Lisa Clark Schmeling ’84 served as her choreographer through the Justin-Siena theatre program and later through the Lisa Clark Dancers. Gina remains especially grateful to Greg Schmitz for helping her successfully navigate Algebra I and II.
These experiences—and the people behind them—reflect a spirit that continues to endure at Justin-Siena. Now, nearly 40 years later, we have named it ALL HEART.

This year, Justin-Siena Braves Alliance sponsors invested more than $196,500 in support of cocurricular programs, an essential part of a JustinSiena education. These sponsorships help elevate transformative opportunities for our students while fostering meaningful partnerships between Justin-Siena and the Napa, Solano, and Sonoma business communities.

ImpactfulLEAP Year
Our Lasallian Education Access Program (LEAP), founded in 2010, experienced a record-breaking year of philanthropic support, receiving more than $115,000 in new funding. Generous gifts totaling $75,000 from two private donors, combined with a $40,000 grant from the Lasallian Christian Brothers Foundation presented during the 2025 Br. Timothy Wine Tasting & Dinner honoring Bill Dodd ’74, mark a significant milestone.
This extraordinary investment reflects the growing recognition of LEAP’s vital role in expanding access to a Justin-Siena education.

Annick Bouldt Retired Faculty
ImpactfulLegacy
For Annick Bouldt, choosing to include Justin-Siena High School in her legacy giving is more than simply a financial decision—it is the continuation of a lifelong relationship rooted in purpose, faith, and gratitude.
For 28 years, Justin-Siena was the cornerstone of Annick’s professional life. It was far more than a workplace; it was a community where she found deep meaning, joy, and spiritual fulfillment. Her time at the school shaped her both as an educator, and as a person. Each day in the classroom, alongside colleagues and students, reinforced her belief in the mission of Justin-Siena and the transformative power of education grounded in faith. As she reflects on those years, Annick describes them as a gift—one that gave purpose and direction to her life.
Her decision to give back is driven by a desire to ensure that future generations can experience the same nurturing and inspiring environment that meant so much to her. She believes deeply in the importance of providing students with a caring, supportive community where they are known, valued, and encouraged to grow academically and spiritually. Through her legacy gift, Annick hopes to help sustain that environment for years to come.
Annick also places immense trust in Justin-Siena’s commitment to its mission. Rooted in the philosophy of Saint John Baptist de La Salle, the school emphasizes education, service, and a deep awareness of God’s presence in daily life. This mission has always resonated with her, and she is confident that her contribution will be used thoughtfully—to enhance student experiences, support dedicated educators, and strengthen the broader community.
Annick is passionate about helping students who might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend Justin-Siena due to financial constraints. She sees her gift as a way to extend the school’s reach, opening doors for those in need, and continuing its long-standing commitment to serving others.
Her connection to Justin-Siena extends beyond her own professional career. All three of her grandchildren are graduates, each leaving well-prepared for college and carrying with them cherished memories. Seeing the impact of a Justin-Siena education across generations has only deepened her conviction that the school is a worthy and meaningful recipient of her legacy gift.
Annick does not take this decision lightly. It is a thoughtful and intentional choice, grounded in decades of experience and belief in the school’s future. She hopes to be remembered as a teacher who loved her work, cared deeply for her students, and embraced the mission of Justin-Siena with enthusiasm and dedication. More importantly, she hopes her gift will inspire others—faculty, students, and supporters alike—to continue fostering the same spirit of excellence and compassion.
Looking ahead, Annick envisions a future where Justin-Siena continues to thrive—hiring passionate and qualified teachers, forming students who are prepared for bright futures, and remaining steadfast in its guiding principle—“Enter to Learn, Leave to Serve.”
In making her legacy gift, Annick ensures that the values and opportunities that defined her years at Justin-Siena will endure for generations to come.
The gift is a way to extend the school’s reach, opening doors for those in need, and continuing its long-standing commitment to serving others.
