[ JustHome.us - C O N T R A C T O R SPOTLIGHT | Studio PM ]
We discovered this savvy dream team of expert real estate professionals and interior design extraordinaire while scrolling the Gram. We were impressed with their exceptional DIY skills. This exquisite team, called Studio PM, seems to not only be experts in Interior Design & Decor Services Specializing in Wall Treatments and Custom-built Barn doors, but in real estate also.
See More at :
instagram.com/studio.p.m/
Their motto is simple: Why Do It Yourself, when we can Do It Together (run over to @studio.p.m and take a peek you will not regret it). They love working and creating, and they do that best when they are together. When they work with their clients, they receive double the resources, double the attention to detail, and double the level of service. This duo offers its clients a hands-on approach in every design and real estate transaction, ensuring that every client receives step by step guidance throughout the entire process. They are also a significant part of DMA Real Estate, which means their team is backed by over 10 years of industry knowledge from the top producing agency in all of Imperial Valley. Mark and Priscilla are committed to success, and this dynamic team is skilled, talented, knowledgeable. Helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs and that their Studio PM know that they will ensure that no detail will be overlooked. Treating every client with the same personal attention they would give to a family member, or close friend.
Here is a tidbit about what is most important to them, and we find this very refreshing! Their Family is the most important for them, above everything else. They are a blended family and share four children between them. The city of Imperial is so special to them. As their kids have all grown up here. Imperial is also where they first had the opportunity to work together. They are excited to get an opportunity to help other families like them plant some roots and invest in their future. Plus, they get to bring their home design and decor studio along and they couldn’t be more excited.

D E S I G N I N S P I R A T I O N S | Laundry Make-Over
The Lowly Laundry Room
In this day and age, space is at a premium, and your laundry room is probably at the bottom of the list when it comes to square footage. But by using smart space-saving techniques, you can magically organize this space to look clutter-free and downright impressive! Think about installing floor to ceiling cabinets. This will help you utilize your space efficiently. This way, you can store your cleaning products like laundry soap, fabric softener, stain removers, and more! In easy to reach, and conveniently out of the way. If you are looking to take it up a notch. Add a few cute hooks in or below the cabinets — this will create extra shelf space too. P.S. — If wall cabinets are not in the budget, wall shelves are just as attractive, and an affordable, alternative. Now for the fun stuff. Organizing! This will give you that clean, functional style that will just make your heart happy. Start with removing any unwanted bottles or products that haven't been used in a while. This frees up space and will give you a more streamlined look when organizing the rest of your items. You can use functional glass jars, decorative bins, and printable labels to help put that personal touch and give it some serious laundry room style!
