D E S I G N I N S P I R A T I O N S | Design Inspired by Nature
Design your way to less stress... Are you feeling the need to escape to nature a little more these days? Our bodies crave a connection with nature. It helps to reduce mental fatigue and stress while increasing relaxation. Talk about a Win Win right there! There are many ways that we can bring the great outdoors indoors. One tip is to strategically add plants to your home.
The benefits of plants in your home… • Clean indoor air by absorbing toxins, increasing humidity, and producing oxygen • Proven to reduce stress as well as fatigue • Improves your mood and creative abilities • Boosts work performance and ability to hold your concentration • Improves your skin; the humidity keeps your skin glowing

ndoor plants are also one of the easiest ways to enhance the Feng Shui in your space. In the words of Ashlina Kaposta an Interior Design and Feng Shui expert, our bodies crave a connection with nature. It helps to reduce mental fatigue and stress while increasing relaxation and self-esteem. Plants represent the Wood Element. Wood brings an energy of growth and vibrance to any space. It is associated with Spring and inspires new beginnings, new life, and new growth. It can also inspire compassion, kindness, and flexibility. (Something the year 2020 needs more of, am I right?)
These plants are a shoo-in even if you don't have a green thumb!
Snake Plants Snake plants serve as air purifiers that absorb toxins and airborne pollutants, working hard to cleanse your air and mind during the day and night. Besides, these plants are super resilient and one of the easiest to take care of.
Devil's Vine or Devil's Ivy This plant almost impossible to kill, and it stays green even when kept in the dark. It is sometimes mistakenly labeled as a Philodendron in plant stores and is commonly known as a money plant in many parts of the Indian subcontinent. It rarely flowers.

D E S I G N I N S P I R A T I O N S | Bath Trends
Luxury Walk-In Showers As we have seen in many design ideas lately, open floor plans are all the trend, and now bathrooms have taken that trend on with a little creative imagination. For instance, if you plan to remodel your bathroom. Large walk-in showers are prominent in the remodeling world right now. A walk-in shower creates an open floor plan feel with a seamless transition from this space to the rest of the bathroom. Walk-in showers often offer more versatile fixtures like seating, steam room, or even large freestanding soaking tubs. Walk-in showers provide the appeal of a relaxing minimalist bathroom, with the safety of safer access for the elderly and children. Here are 5 things to consider when remodeling your bathroom. 1)
Shower Sizes — Depending on the initial size of your bathroom, these may be size options to consider 32" x 32" • 34" x 34" • 36" x 36" • 42" x 36" • 48" x 36" • 48" x 48" • 60" x 36"
2)
Position — Placement is a big one. If you are remodeling, it’s best to leave your new shower in the same place as your old one; it would require less plumbing and save you a little coin.
3)
Type of Glass — Some key things to consider are: • The most common glass type is 3/8" or 10mm glass. It is durable, safe, long-lasting, and cost-effective. • Usually, an upgrade, you may occasionally see 12mm or 1/2" glass width. The thought is showers with this glass thickness will have a more opulent look. However, it isn’t any safer than the 3/8" or 10mm glass. Plus it will add substantial weight and cost.
4) Showerhead — From a handheld showerhead to a standard wall mounted head, there are many showerheads available today. Talk with your contractor to see if you can find one that meets your needs. 5)
Soap, Shampoo & Bodywash — Don't forget to include a small shelf or two in your walls for placing shampoos, conditioners, gels, etc. Size these shelves to accommodate the tallest bottles.

DESIGN IDEA
DOORS THAT ADD A ROMANTIC TOUCH TO YOUR HOME‌
T
hey say that the eyes are the windows to
the soul. But here at Just Home, we believe the front entry point of your home is the door to your home’s heart. This issue we discovered one way to add that warm and fuzzy feeling to both the exterior and interior of your home is to replace your standard front door with a vintage Spanish style door. Arches, iron and glass work together in this example, to draw light and textures into the home by day, and from the home by night. Adding a concrete trim to the exterior door frame with a vintage design, is a great way to enhance the curb appeal and romantic awe of your old world meets new world, entry.
