lf vs Hiring Professionals

ace you won’t need a Vacation from this SUMMER. With the current obsession about the Do It Yourself approach, people have often forgot that hiring a professional is ok to do too!

With the notion that “professionals” are costly and can be unaffordable, we are here to inform you that hiring professionals come with awesome perks and in the long term can save you time and money. Design teams have experience with all types of outdoor design and construction. The process typically begins with a design consultation. During this meeting, a designer will listen to your needs, ideas and budget for your space. Design, proposal review and material selections all follow the initial consultation (so you can avoid any unexpected costs). Once they define the exact plan for your project, the pathway toward project completion begins! Most times one company or firm can handle it all!! Just because you think you can Google, You tube, and Pin your way to the perfect Outdoor space, doesn’t mean you can execute it flawlessly. And we are reminded of the quote “If I do a job in 30 minutes it’s because I spent 10 years learning how to do that in 30 minutes. You owe me for the years, not the minutes.” Experience is essential! Make sure you take time to do your research to find a company that fits your budget and needs. For more design & build inspirations visit JustHome.US or on Social Media @JustHomeUS

REIMAGINED

SPACES Come with JustHome.us while we

show you reimagined outdoor home spaces that went from underrated to perfectly purposeful. Since March, most of us have had time to reevaluate our life and how important it is to utilize all aspects of our homes to the fullest potential. These before and after backyards will give you the motivation you need to propel you into designing your perfectly purposeful space for you too.

JustHome.US likes to see aspirations become to fruition. This outdoor pergola has definitely seen better days and received the most significant makeover. It went from Sunday bbq with the family to invite the neighborhood. This patio has the perfect place to mingle. (https://texascustompatios.com/blog/)

You can find contractors you create your perfect s and JustHomeStore.US.

Here, Amilia James of Rose Door Design took this unused space to the next level on a budget. She repurposed some furniture with a little imagination to create a cozy area—the accent pillows, rug, and string of lights make this space!

Laura Sima of Sima Spaces reimagined this petite patio space that was lacking some luster and transformed it into a modern space full of potential. Utilizing a little creativity, she turned this space into the perfect place to entertain.

D E S I G N I N S P I R A T I O N S | Low Maintenance Landscaping

Landscape ideas that will survive without your love.

It goes without saying that the less garden you have to tend to, the lower maintenance there will be. But there’s a ton of brilliant options when it comes to landscaping and keeping it low maintenance. Beautiful yards with exceptional landscaping can seem exhausting, because who has time for pruning, weeding, and watering? Well, Just Home has some 5 tips to give you the balance of a beautiful yard without the upkeep. 1. Adding paved surfaces to your yard is a smart way of getting rid of some of the high-maintenance grass while keeping the area functional for entertaining. 2. It should be a no brainer to fill your garden with perennials rather than annuals so you won’t need to replant your beds each year. For an easy front yard landscape idea, opt for evergreen shrubs that don’t require your attention and look great year-round. 3. Gravel and mismatched stones are also an excellent choice for ground cover. This will add a brilliant twist for any of your landscaping ideas, and it’s an easy way to spruce up your landscape. You can create a minimalist garden vibe with gravel and raised flower bed that will give you a layered backyard look and a perfect backdrop. 4. Loose stones are another inexpensive and look great anywhere. Everyone will be envious of your fresh and minimalistic style garden. Just remember – you’ll always need more than you think to cover an area. 5. Pots are lifesaving when it comes to landscaping ideas – there’s minimal weeding, and you can control how big your plants get. You can also rearrange your pots for a new layout, making them a flexible planting option. Since many low-maintenance plants don’t produce colorful blooms, you can incorporate splashes of vibrant colors with a few dazzling pots instead.

Wall Paneling is Back and better than ever!

For more design & build inspirations visit JustHome.US or on Social Media @JustHomeUS

Faux wood wall paneling was one of the trendiest design elements in the home a few decades ago. But fast forward to the 2019 and with wall paneling you can enhance your home with these modern concepts.

If you are dreaming of making your home Instagram worthy, with that straight out of an Interior Design Magazine look. You are only a finish, stain and perfect paint color away. You can install different decorative wood paneling, shiplap or add depth with geometric shapes to the walls in any room.

Check out these bragworthy walls for your next DYI project inspo. Wall trim has a very practical use in that it is designed to hide joints, gaps, and other imperfections on surfaces. But, most people add trim to their rooms because it is a bold design statement
