A walk-in shower creates an open floor plan feel with a seamless transition from this space to the rest of the bathroom. Walk-in showers often offer more versatile fixtures like seating, steam room, or even large freestanding soaking tubs.

Walk-in showers provide the appeal of a relaxing minimalist bathroom, with the safety of safer access for the elderly and children.

Here are 5 things to consider when remodeling your bathroom.

Shower Sizes — Depending on the initial size of your bathroom, these may be size options to consider 32" x 32" • 34" x 34" • 36" x 36" • 42" x 36" • 48" x 36" • 48" x 48" • 60" x 36"
