HOLIDAY PAYMENT: When you make a booking you must pay a deposit for every person named on the booking. You may be able to make a claim under your travel insurance policy if your cancellation falls within the conditions of the policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.

Please note that we have no liability for any refunds, compensation, costs or any other expenses (including medical costs) incurred should you, or anyone in your booking party, test positive for Covid-19 and have to quarantine for a period of time, or are notified or otherwise become aware that you have, or suspect you have, come into close contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 (or where they otherwise suspect they may have Covid-19) and have to self-isolate for a period of time. If this happens within 14 days of travel you must contact us as you will no longer be able to travel. You will have the option to cancel and potentially claim on your travel insurance or postpone your holiday to a later date and accept any increase in price.
