How did you get involved in Just Cuts and how did you become Multi-Franchise Owners?

We started our Just Cuts journeys as Stylists back in 1995. Having grown up with both of our families being selfemployed, you could say it was in our blood. Becoming multi-unit Owners was a natural progression.

What are some of the highlights of being a Just Cuts Owner?

One of the highlights would be the friendships forged with other Just Cuts Owners. We have an incredible network and it’s like a big family. We believe that it is one of the strengths of the brand. Another major highlight is watching the brand grow to what it is today. Just Cuts has evolved in many areas over the years, and of course, this is a given in the highly competitive hair and beauty industry. Who would have thought the brand would have salons in NZ and the UK?! From humble beginnings, this is an incredible achievement.

Any tips for new Owners or someone interested in Just Cuts Franchise?

Firstly, do your homework and make sure you understand “the numbers”. When you’ve committed to the brand we can’t stress how important it is to follow the Just Cuts system. It’s that simple!
