SALON COORDINATOR This is the only in-salon position that doesn’t require you to be a Stylist. As Receptionist you’ll be responsible for enabling and ensuring the Salon runs smoothly and as Salon Coordinator, you’ll usually be the first point-ofcontact for Clients, making them feel welcome and comfortable. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work in a salon environment on a part-time or casual basis on weekends and during busy periods such as Christmas and school holidays.

STYLIST Hello fully qualified hairdressers! Do you love just cutting? Then this is the job for you! A Just Cuts Stylist’s role involves, listening to Clients, advise them honestly on their Style Cut and provide high-quality Style Cuts. A Just Cuts Stylist is friendly, calm, helpful and a great team player as well as an experienced and fully-qualified hairdresser. You love to empower your Clients on how to maintain their Style Cut tomorrow at home. TEAM LEADER A Just Cuts Team Leader supervises the team and helps the Franchise Owner in running the Salon. If you’re someone who loves the added challenge of extra responsibility, enjoys promoting a harmonious workplace, loves to help out Team Members and create a comfortable environment for all, a Team Leader position is a great role to work your way up to.
