A VIBRANT START WITH MEMBER DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

JLSP kicked off the year with a series of exciting events, fostering member connections and community impact

We began with a thriving "Welcome Back" General Membership Meeting (GMM) on July 18th with nearly 100 members in attendance In preparation for Care Fair, Evara Health presented on the history of the Johnnie Ruth Clarke Center, and members participated in a supply drive and an engaging Care Fair trivia game with special prizes

On August 8th, JLSP hosted a successful Transfer Social, bringing new members from different membership levels together for a delightful evening of friendship and wine

September brought an informative GMM with engaging presentations from the Junior Leagues of Florida State Public Affairs Committee and League of Women Voters

The ever-popular zip code house parties were brought back for October’s GMM, characterized by enthusiastic member participation and unique craft, snack, and drink ideas from dedicated hostesses

We look forward to more exciting events and impactful member trainings for the remainder of the year!
