The War That Saved My Li e-Kimberly Brubaker Bradley Genre: Historical Fiction (Series) A e: 9-14 Short description: Ada and her brother escape their mother’s abuse when the London children are evacuated during WWII and go to live with a grieving woman in a small country town. It’s difficult for both the woman and children to trust but slowly the trust grows and all three regain something lost — hope and love. “I slipped my hand into hers. A strange and unfamiliar feeling rand through me. It felt like the ocean, like sunlight, like horses. Like love. I searched my mind and found the name for it. Joy.” I can’t recommend this book enough, it just touched my heart at such a deep level. The sequel, The War I Finally Won, is just as incredible and beautiful.

Elizabeth My fav movies and series. Top 3 in my opinion‌. Stranger things in my opinion is one of the best series. Why, because it has romantic, funny, scary, happy, sad and nerve racking scenes . I recommend this series cause it goes by from kids hating each other , to them trying to saving the world together. Salvemos el mundo!!! The lion king in my opinion is one of my top 3 best movies ever. The lion king is mainly about a cub and his parents. One day the cubs dad tells him to never run to the shadowed side of the earth but he does anyway. Then his uncle decides that he should be king and not his brother so he traps his brother and the king dies. The cub is so upset he runs away from home and only comes back about 10-20 years later to ďŹ nd that his kingdom is now the darkest place on earth. A couple days later the now bigger lion has risen up and defeated his uncle.
Bring it on : all or nothing is a great movie about friendship and trust. If you like cheerleading and drama i highly recommend this!!!!! It is about a cheer captain that has to transfer to an all black school and has major issues with one of her friends that try to get her boyfriend and her life as well as her reputation ruined. But her and her friends end up making up and forgiving..

How to make chocolate chip cookies
1: (Preheat your oven to 350 degrees f. 20 mins before baking) First add one cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt and baking powder and mix together. 2: Now add one stick of butter, one cup of white sugar, one cup of brown sugar, then mix. 3: Now (continue adding to the wet mixture) add 1 egg and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. 4. Now add all into one and sterr until it creates so sort of dough like testrue.(can be a little sticky). Remember to cool your cookie dough for about 10 minutes. 5. Roll into multiple balls and put onto a baking sheet . 6. Put the tray in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. 7. Now you cool the cookies for 3 minutes so when you eat them, they are soft but not too hot.

Minecraft is all about creations and survival. There are 2 modes: creative and survival. In creative you can do whatever you want, and in survival you have to survive against monsters and other things. Minecraft is really fun and it is a good way to pass time playing minecraft. The ďŹ rst thing you do when you spawn is to start getting wood. I would make minecraft more realistic. An example is adding TVs, computers, pizza, and lots more. But, minecraft is still good the way it is now.

Its cold outside and i don’t want to go out into the bitter cold world, it starts to snow and i know that i will freeze, i hate going out on days like these, but wait i have an idea! Why not say that i have a cold? And convince Mama to let me come in and sit infront of the fireplace, and clutch a cup of hot cocoa in my pink fingers and let them warm up. That sounds like quite fun because now I’m done playing in the cold.

Then you need to draw a 3D shape that is easy for you to draw. And then you start to shade. The part of the shape that is facing the x is the part that is least shaded, and the part that is farthest away is the darkest and the part in between will just go from lighter to darker. Then you have to draw a shadow.The shapes in the photo are the simplest shapes to shade., When you draw the shadow you must begin it dark, and then lighter until you reach the tip, the tip should be the lightest. ½ pound unsalted butter at room temperature ½ cup granulated sugar 2 cups flour ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Combine the sugar and salt and mix that in a stand mixer. Add butter. Dump out the dough and make it into half in inch small rectangular pieces. Bake them for 15-20 minutes and let them cool.
