• Juniata College Museum of Art boasts a permanent collection of more than 600 artworks and an undergraduate program in Museum Studies, one of only 12 in the nation. The museum is located inside Carnegie Hall, a Beaux-Arts structure built in 1907.
Juniata’s faculty and students are generously supported by donors and funders including the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the Teagle Foundation, the National Science Foundation, and the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
During the academic year, we are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m.–1 p.m. Summer hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Closed during finals, breaks, and holidays.
• Environmental Field Station sits on 365 acres at nearby Raystown Lake with residential student lodges for semester-long study. • The Juniata Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (JCEL) and Sill Business Incubator—the incubator is also the site of Juniata’s Ceramics Studio, including six kilns (one is an Anagama).
