Weekly Data Ref reshes
After creating a segment in Cobalt, the segment data is systematically delivered to your Data Cloud storage location (e.g., S3, Snowflake, GCS) on a weekly cadence. The first delivery includes two years of historical data, partitioned by week/month and Segment ID.
Each Monday, the last four weeks of data is refreshed, keeping your data sets up to date without overwriting the historical two-year data.
Comprehensive Data Structure
Newly created segments are delivered during the next scheduled delivery, ensuring seamless access to fresh data.
Each record in the data set represents a parent, variant, or standalone ASIN, providing detailed insights into your segment. Note: Variant ASINs do not contain sales/ revenue information.
Organized Segment Identif ication
Create Nested Views
A separate table is delivered to link segment IDs with their associated names. This ensures consistency, even if segment names are changed, as the ID remains static.
Data is delivered in a way that allows you to group by parent ASIN, mirroring the nested structure available in the Cobalt UI for a familiar analysis experience.
