the popularity of buying pre-loved items is on the rise.

Let us show you how the price tags of items recently sold in Julia’s House shops could be an affordable alternative to buying brand new.

The pre-loved items we sell provide hours of life-changing care for local families.

Over 1,600 pieces of furniture and 38,671 kitchen accessories were sold last year. This could cover the costs for nine seriously ill children to receive one week of clinical nursing support at the hospice with their family, when they are at the end of their life.

Family Necessities

With 138,853 items of children’s clothes, toys and games sold in 2022, the money raised could fund four fivehour hospice sessions per week for a whole year, where children can have fun and socialise, while their families can spend time with siblings or catch up on sleep.

Clothing For Every Occasion

The sale of 62,434 women’s tops in 2022 could pay for three years of vital emotional support for 32 families struggling with bereavement.

An Affordable Hobby

A staggering 93,108 books and 39,226 crafts items were sold in 2022, raising funds that could pay for 40 families to receive a monthly three hour community respite session with a nurse and carer, giving exhausted parents a much-needed break from 24/7 care.
