Together, we are building the future of St. Anne's. Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of our community, we have now secured more than $11 million toward our new Middle School project, including $8.95 million in philanthropic commitments and $2.3 million invested by the school. Each new commitment reflects a shared belief in our mission and in the promise of what this project will make possible.

As our campaign continues to grow, it has been a joy to welcome new donors, celebrate significant milestone gifts, and see so many members of our community step forward in support of this vision. I am especially grateful to our Campaign Co-Chairs, Vickie Puchi and Molly Engles, and to our Campaign Cabinet, whose leadership, generosity, and steadfast commitment continue to inspire others and propel this effort forward.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATES At the direction of school leadership and the buildings and grounds committee, the design team and our pre-construction partner (G.H. Phipps) have completed a comprehensive value engineering process to align scope, quality, and budget. The team has now progressed the design through 60%.

Work is also progressing on permit review, subcontractor engagement, and bid development, positioning the project for a successful construction phase. In the meantime, we are pleased to share updated renderings from Semple Brown, offering a glimpse of the future home for St. Anne's Middle School students and families.

FEATURED SPACE The Commons & Social Stair

At the heart of the new Middle School will be the Commons and Social Stair—a welcoming gathering space designed to foster connection, collaboration, and community. More than a circulation area, this flexible space will serve as a hub for student life, supporting everything from informal conversations and group work to presentations, assemblies, and celebrations.

The Commons reflects an important goal of the project: creating opportunities for students to learn from one another and build relationships across grade levels.

The Social Stair, in particular, will provide a natural place for students to gather, connect, and engage in the shared experiences that help define the Middle School years.
