PORTRAIT THE WINE COUNTRY

WINTER 2020

EXPERIENCE

CELEBRATING THE BEAUTY, STRENGTH &WISDOM OF WOMEN 50+

featuring the portrait photography of

DINA MANDE

PASO ROBLES — NAPA VALLEY

Why the 50 over 50? IN OUR AGING WORLD, THERE MORE PEOPLE AGED 50+ THAN EVER BEFORE… Accounting for 35% of the population. This group is too big to be ignored, too experienced not to be listened to, and too gorgeous not to be celebrated. It’s time to change the conversation and find the beauty in aging. Take a look at women sharing the common bond of being 50+.

THROUGH THIS PROJECT WE WILL... Shine a light on and change the standard of beauty. Create a community and sisterhood of women who are ready to embrace a movement of character, wisdom and spirit. Share thoughts and stories about what it means to be 50+ in today’s world. Celebrate beauty and appreciate every scar, every line and every grey (or purple!) hair.

We intend to disrupt & transform the way we are viewed (or forgotten) by the media and society by putting out beautiful, authentic images and real stories of women 50+. Women sometimes feel invisible, sometimes empowered or somewhere in between, we want them to know their stories are important and that they are loved and needed. Join us! This is their chance to be seen, heard and celebrated!
