The Source Proudly Announces the Acquisition of Land for Dignity Village
The Source, a Christian Outreach Center that addresses the complex needs of the poor and homeless in Indian River County, are the official landowners of the property once known as Pelican Island Cottages, located between 11330 U.S. Highway One and Indian River Drive in Sebastian, Florida. This self-contained acre of land will continue to operate as a motel/hotel destination, offering short term and longer term lodging. During the height of housing deficiencies being experienced throughout the country, your partnership with us on this redevelopment will help us meet our goal of putting roofs over people’s heads.
