T he single-family home market in Northeast Orlando posted strong growth in the first half of 2021, with over 22% year-over-year increase in number of sales. Average sales prices in the same period increased over 24%, partly as a result of the increase in sales volume above the $500,000 price point.
With extremely low inventory levels, price appreciation is projected to continue in the coming months.
