T he single-family home market in Northeast Orlando posted strong growth in the first half of 2021, with over 22% year-over-year increase in number of sales. Average sales prices in the same period increased over 24%, partly as a result of the increase in sales volume above the $500,000 price point.
With extremely low inventory levels, price appreciation is projected to continue in the coming months.

Inventory levels are extremely low, indicating that price appreciation should continue in the coming months despite the typical summer slowdown in condominium demand.
