Letter from the Principal

To the Judge Memorial Catholic High School Community,

It is a true joy to watch as our school completed another successful year. Our school community came together once again to support our students and open new doors of opportunity.

For the first time, the College Board released a school recognition award for excellence in Advanced Placement (AP) programs. Honored schools were recognized for maximizing college readiness. Schools could also be recognized for the AP Access Award for demonstrating a clear and effective commitment to equitable access to advanced coursework. I am proud to say that Judge Memorial Catholic High School was awarded the highest recognition, receiving the Platinum Level Award with the addition of the AP Access Award! Congratulations to our incredibly hard working teachers and students!

Along with achieving high academic success, we were outstanding in the athletic realm. We earned State Championships in Boys’ Swimming, Girls’ Swimming, Boys’ Basketball and Boys’ Lacrosse. It was an incredible year to be a Bulldog!

We express the highest gratitude for our teachers and coaches that support and challenge our students to achieve success each day. These transformational leaders continue to leave a lasting imprint on our students’ lives.

Thank you to our benefactors that make all this possible. I am grateful to our alumni, parents, students, and friends who helped make the 2023-2024 school year a success. With 70% of our student body receiving some form of financial assistance, your support is opening doors of opportunity for our children. Your support is truly changing lives!

Dear Judge Memorial Community,

As we reflect on 103 years of growth and achievement, I am delighted to present the 2023-2024 Annual Report for Judge Memorial Catholic High School. This report is a testament to the dedication and support of our community and captures the spirit and accomplishments that define our collective journey.

This past year, we have seen incredible strides in our mission to create a community of faith and education that will foster the development of each student’s inherent gifts, thanks to the unwavering commitment of our alumni, parents, friends, faculty, staff, and students. Your generosity has allowed us to achieve remarkable milestones, such as launching new programs, providing scholarships, and enhancing facilities.

Highlights of this Year

Record Annual Fund Year: We are thrilled to announce that Judge Memorial’s annual fund raised over $400,000—the largest in our school’s history. This incredible support will significantly enhance our educational offerings and resources for students.

Record-Breaking Giving Day

Judge Memorial celebrated its most successful giving day in history, with over $200,000 raised thanks to a $100,000 matching grant from Pat and Florence King. The funds from this event will provide multiple 4- year scholarships to incoming freshmen families in need of financial assistance, offering their children access to a quality faith-based, college preparatory education. This achievement reflects our community’s passion and commitment to supporting our school’s mission and students.

These successes are only possible through the philanthropic support of individuals like you, who believe in the transformative power of education and community engagement. Your contributions have enriched our students’ lives and empowered them to make a positive difference in the world.

Looking forward, as we welcome our largest freshman class in 15 years, we are excited to build on this momentum while continuing to expand our reach and impact. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and dynamic environment where every Judge Memorial student can thrive.

Thank you for being an integral part of the Judge Memorial family. Together, we are shaping the future and making a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve. I look forward to another year of achievements and milestones as we continue to move forward together.

With gratitude,

Judge Memorial Catholic High School
