JUB Holland verwelkomt weer met trots het Bloemencorso Bollenstreek! Sinds 1947 viert het corso de lente, en ook in 2026 vindt de opbouw van de praalwagens bij ons plaats. De praalwagens zijn bij ons te bewonderen van 15 t/m 17 april.

Uittenbogaard is nu een internationaal opererend bloembollenbedrijf, onder de naam JUB Holland. Binnen ons bedrijf komen alle facetten van het vak aan bod. Hiermee onderscheiden wij ons van andere aanbieders.

The knowledge and expertise that has been passed down through four generations, is the key to the success of our family business. What began in 1910 as Jac. Uittenbogaard is now an internationally operating flower bulb company, under the name JUB Holland. Within our company, all facets of the profession are covered. This is how we distinguish ourselves from other suppliers.

ONZE EIGEN KWEKERIJ / OUR OWN NURSERY

Het mooie van JUB Holland is dat wij één van de weinige bedrijven in de bollensector zijn die alles zelf doen. We kweken de bollen op onze eigen kwekerij, we veredelen en we handelen. Dit kenmerkt ook onze geschiedenis. Op 35 hectare eigen grond kweken wij 49 soorten tulpen en 16 soorten narcissen, uiteraard allemaal gecertificeerd (MPS A en PlanetProof).

The great thing about JUB Holland is that we are one of the few companies in the bulb sector to do everything ourselves. We grow bulbs on our own nursery, we breed, we trade. That also characterises our history. On 35 hectares of our own land, 49 tulip varieties and 16 daffodil varieties, all certified of course (MPS A and PlanetProof).

Deze bollen zijn van de allerbeste kwaliteit en hebben een hoge weerstand tegen ziektes. Veredelen vergt geduld, maar het resultaat is het meer dan waard: de mooiste en meest exclusieve tulpen.

We love to pull our strengths with those of others. That’s why we are part of Remarkable Tulips, a collective of seven flower bulb growers and exporters that works on the breeding and development of new tulip varieties. These bulbs are of the very best quality and have a high resistance to diseases. Breeding requires patience, but the result is more than worth it: the most stunning and most exclusive tulips.

LANDSCAPE & KEUKENHOF

Creativiteit is onze kracht, het vergroenen van steden is een internationale trend, waarin JUB Holland een actieve rol speelt (wij maken totaalconcepten). Sterker nog, je zou ons zelfs een trendsetter kunnen noemen: in de jaren 80 ontwikkelden we de bollenplantmachine die razendsnel bloembollen onder gras plant. Onze klanten zijn gemeenten, bedrijven, park- en recreatieafdelingen, hoveniers en landschapsarchitecten in Europa.

Creativity is our strength. Greening up cities is an international trend, in which JUB Holland plays an active role (we make total concepts). Indeed, you could even call us a trendsetter: in the 1980s we developed the bulb planting machine which plants flower bulbs under grass at lightning speed. Our customers are local authorities, companies, parks and recreation departments, gardeners and landscape architects in Europe.

JUB & Duurzaamheid

Om een gezond en toekomstbestendig familiebedrijf over te kunnen dragen aan de volgende (5e) generatie, levert JUB Holland een actieve en structurele bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van een duurzamere bloembollensector. Hierbij richten wij ons op het verbeteren van de leefomgeving (milieu), de duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers en het stimuleren van samenwerking. Hiermee dragen wij bij aan diverse Sustainable Development Goals.

DUURZAME BOLLENTEELT

JUB Holland draagt actief bij aan een duurzamere bloembollensector. Onze narcissen en tulpen zijn MPS-A en On the way to PlanetProof gecertificeerd, en we zetten voortdurend stappen om de milieu-impact te verlagen. Zo verminderen we fosfaatuitspoeling met 30% - 60% door het gebruik van drains met ijzerzand. We voeren praktijkonderzoeken uit om het gebruik van gewasbeschermingsmiddelen te verminderen, zoals het toepassen van houtvezel voor onkruidbestrijding, hete luchtbehandeling van narcissen in plaats van warmwaterbehandeling, en het bevorderen van virusresistentie en plantweerbaarheid bij nieuwe tulpensoorten via veredelingsbedrijf Remarkable

DUURZAME PRODUCTIE

JUB Holland is lid van de Stichting Sustainable Suppliers of Horticultural Quality Products, die zich richt op het inkopen en verhandelen van 100% gecertificeerde bloembollen. Sinds september 2023 is de stichting aangesloten bij Floriculture Sustainability Initiative (FSI). We zoeken continu naar duurzamere materialen en oplossingen. Deze catalogus is CO2-neutraal gedrukt op FSC-papier, waarbij de CO2 wordt gecompenseerd door natuurherstelprojecten. Onze bloembollen worden verpakt in PCR-folie (>90% gerecycled materiaal). Wij hebben gekozen voor nieuwe verzenddozen, die met 74% minder CO2 uitstoot worden geproduceerd. Deze verzenddozen worden afgesloten met tape van 85% gerecycled PP. We stimuleren hergebruik door displays te reviseren, houten pallets te repareren en fust opnieuw te gebruiken bij plantprojecten. Binnen JUB Holland worden zes afvalstromen gerecycled bij een lokaal recyclingbedrijf.

ENERGIE

JUB Holland gebruikt 100% Nederlandse groene stroom, opgewekt door 971 zonnepanelen (50% van de jaarlijkse behoefte) en het inkopen van groene energie voor de rest. Voor intern transport maken we uitsluitend gebruik van elektrische heftrucks en pallettrucks. In 2025 hebben wij onze vierde 100% elektrische (bedrijfs)wagen toegevoegd aan het wagenpark. Door te investeren in energiebesparing hebben we ons gasverbruik in 2024 met 46% en elektriciteitsverbruik met 17% verminderd sinds 2022, wat resulteert in een CO2-reductie van 28%. In juni 2025 is het CO2 Bewust Certificaat weer verlengd.

BIODIVERSITEIT

JUB Holland draagt bij aan duurzame en leefbare steden door openbare ruimtes te vergroenen. Zo hebben wij 55 Bonte Bermen aangelegd, die de biodiversiteit bevorderen en de lokale gemeenschap informeren. Op ons bedrijventerrein hebben we landschapselementen geïnstalleerd, waaronder een natuurvriendelijke oever (150m), beukenhagen, een biotoop van 325m² met inheemse beplanting voor patrijzen, eendenkorven en nestkasten. Daarnaast passen we ecologisch slootkantenbeheer toe door 10% van de oevervegetatie te behouden.

Wij streven ernaar om onze medewerkers met plezier aan het werk te houden tot aan pensioen en beogen een omgeving te creëren waarin onze medewerkers vitaal blijven.

We investeren in scholing, verbeterde arbeidsprocessen en werken samen met organisaties die kansen bieden aan mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Ook delen we onze passie voor bloembollen met jongeren via stageplekken en onderwijsinitiatieven, zodat we samen bouwen aan de toekomst van de sector.

To hand over a healthy and future-proof company to the next (5th) generation, JUB Holland makes an active and structural contribution to the development of a more sustainable flower bulb sector. We focus on improving the living space (environment), the sustainable employability of employees and stimulating collaboration. In this way, we contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals.

SUSTAINABLE BULB CULTIVATION

JUB Holland actively contributes to a more sustainable flower bulb industry. Our daffodils and tulips are MPS-A and On the way to PlanetProof certified, and we continuously take steps to reduce environmental impact. For example, we reduce phosphate leaching by 30% - 60% by using drains with iron sand. We conduct field studies to reduce the use of crop protection products, such as applying wood fibre for weed control, hot air treatment of daffodils instead of hot water treatment, and promoting virus resistance and plant resilience in new tulip varieties through breeding company Remarkable.

SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION

JUB Holland is a member of the Sustainable Suppliers of Horticultural Quality Products Foundation, which focuses on sourcing and trading 100% certified flower bulbs. Since September 2023, the foundation has been a member of Floriculture Sustainability Initiative (FSI). We are constantly looking for more sustainable materials and solutions. Our flower bulbs are packed in PCR film (>90% recycled material). We have opted for new shipping boxes that are produced with 74% less CO2 emissions. These shipping boxes are sealed with tape made of 85% recycled PP. We encourage recycling by overhauling displays, repairing wooden pallets and reusing cask in planting projects. Within JUB Holland, six waste streams are recycled at a local recycling company.

ENERGY

JUB Holland uses 100% Dutch green electricity, generated by 971 solar panels (50% of annual requirements) and purchasing green energy for the remaining. For internal transport, we exclusively use electric forklifts and pallet trucks. In 2025, we added our fourth fully electric company vehicle to our fleet.

Thanks to continued investment in energy-saving measures, we reduced our gas consumption by 46% in 2024 and cut electricity use by 17% compared to 2022, resulting in a 28% reduction in CO2 emissions. Our CO2 Awareness Certificate was renewed in June 2025.

BIODIVERSITY

JUB Holland contributes to sustainable and liveable cities by greening public spaces. For example, we have installed 55 Vibrant Verges, which promote biodiversity and inform the local community. On our company grounds, we have installed landscape elements, including a nature-friendly bank (150m), beech hedges, a 325m² biotope with native planting for partridges, duck baskets and nesting boxes. We also apply ecological ditch edge management by retaining 10% of the shore vegetation.
