De kennis en kunde die al vier generaties lang wordt doorgegeven, is de sleutel tot het succes van ons familiebedrijf. Wat in 1910 begon als Jac. Uittenbogaard is nu een internationaal opererend bloembollenbedrijf, onder de naam JUB Holland. Binnen ons bedrijf komen alle facetten van het vak aan bod. Hiermee onderscheiden wij ons van andere aanbieders.

The knowledge and expertise that has been passed down through four generations, is the key to the success of our family business. What began in 1910 as Jac. Uittenbogaard is now an internationally operating flower bulb company, under the name JUB Holland. Within our company, all facets of the profession are covered. This is how we distinguish ourselves from other suppliers.

KWEKEN & VEREDELEN

Kweken van bollen op onze eigen kwekerij

Het mooie van JUB Holland is dat wij één van de weinige bedrijven in de bollensector zijn die alles zelf doen. We groeien, we veredelen, we handelen. Dit kenmerkt ook onze geschiedenis. Op 35 hectare eigen grond kweken wij 49 soorten tulpen en 16 soorten narcissen, uiteraard allemaal gecertificeerd (MPS A en PlanetProof).

Nieuwe rassen kweken / Remarkable

We verenigen graag onze krachten met die van anderen. Daarom zijn wij onderdeel van Remarkable Tulips, een collectief van zeven bloembollenkwekers en -exporteurs dat werkt aan de veredeling en ontwikkeling van nieuwe tulpenrassen. Deze bollen zijn van de allerbeste kwaliteit en hebben een hoge weerstand tegen ziektes. Veredelen vergt geduld, maar het resultaat is het meer dan waard: de mooiste en meest exclusieve tulpen.

Growing bulbs on our own nursery

The great thing about JUB Holland is that we are one of the few companies in the bulb sector to do everything ourselves. We grow, we breed, we trade. That also characterises our history. On 35 hectares of our own land, 49 tulip varieties and 16 daffodil varieties grow in the open air, all certified of course (MPS A and PlanetProof).

Breeding new varieties / Remarkable

We love to pull our strengths with those of others. That’s why we are part of Remarkable Tulips, a collective of seven flower bulb growers and exporters that works on the breeding and development of new tulip varieties. These bulbs are of the very best quality and have a high resistance to diseases. Breeding requires patience, but the result is more than worth it: the most stunning and most exclusive tulips.

De kwaliteit van onze bollen staat bij ons voorop en we werken samen met wereldberoemde stylisten die hun talenten inzetten om onderscheidende verpakkingen te creëren. We zijn dan ook altijd op de hoogte van de allerlaatste trends. Al onze verpakte bollen hebben nu het nieuwe keurmerk ‘Sustainable Supplier’. Hiermee laten we zien dat we voldoen aan de eisen van morgen voor hoogwaardige producten die worden geproduceerd en vermarkt met respect voor mens, maatschappij en milieu.

All our packaged bulbs now have the new quality mark ‘Sustainable Supplier of Quality Products’ - showing that we meet tomorrow’s demands for high-quality products produced and marketed with respect for individuals, society as a whole and the environment.

Creativiteit is onze grote kracht

Het vergroenen van steden is een internationale trend, waarin JUB Holland een actieve rol speelt (wij maken totaalconcepten). Sterker nog, je zou ons zelfs een trendsetter kunnen noemen: in de jaren 80 ontwikkelden we de bollenplantmachine die razendsnel bloembollen onder gras plant.

Onze klanten zijn gemeenten, bedrijven, park- en recreatieafdelingen, hoveniers en landschapsarchitecten in Europa, Verenigde Staten en Canada.

Creativity is our great strength

Greening up cities is an international trend, in which JUB Holland plays an active role (we make total concepts). Indeed, you could even call us a trendsetter: in the 1980s we developed the bulb planting machine which plants flower bulbs under grass at lightning speed. Our customers are local authorities, companies, parks and recreation departments, gardeners and landscape architects in Europe, United States and Canada.

Colourful borders

Carpets, woven in the most fantastic repetitive patterns based on flowers and floral motifs and rich, saturated color schemes, are the inspiration for ‘VELVET’, the presentation of JUB Holland for Keukenhof in 2023. The chosen colors are burgundy red, black, purple, bronze, ochre, warm orange and brown, with warm yellow and cream as contrast colours/accents.
