Opening order minimum: $150

Reorder minimum: $100

Payment must be made by pre-paid check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) or PayPal. All payments are processed at the time of shipment. Upon approval, Net 30 terms may be granted for existing customers. Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month.

RETURNS & REFUSALS

All sales are final. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order. If shipments are returned to The Social Type unclaimed or refused, the store will be billed for the cost incurred.

SHIPPING & TURN AROUND

The Social Type is not responsible or liable for damages incurred from a particular shipping company. We are happy to provide any information needed for you to make a claim. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 days unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, applicable duties/taxes, and a $5 handling fee are the responsibility of the buyer.

From time to time we may be out of stock on a product. Unless otherwise directed, we will back order the out of stock items, and ship the remaining items from your original order. Back orders will ship when products become available, and always ship free freight.

Our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up.
