CIVIL SERVANT STAFF HOUSING IKEJA LAGOS 2022 This proposed housing development in Ikeja, Lagos, aims to provide 60 residential units for junior and senior civil servants within the government area. The design features five wings of varying heights, creating a dynamic, rising facade, and incorporates a green roof to enhance sustainability and environmental integration. This project focuses on providing modern housing solutions tailored to government employees, contributing to the area’s residential capacity and aesthetic appeal.

45 ADEOLA ODEKU RESIDENTIAL DEV IKOYI, LAGOS 2024 FIRST FLOOR PLAN
This project involves the development of a 16-story residential building on a constrained $1500sqm lot, demanding innovative solutions to maximize unit count and accommodate varying floor plan configurations. Key challenges included optimizing service delivery within the limited space and addressing potential disruptions caused by changing layouts. Through careful planning and design, these obstacles were overcome, culminating in a striking facade that enhances the building’s aesthetic appeal while efficiently utilizing the available footprint.
