How To Place An Order

Minimum Order

$200 minimum opening order with a $200 minimum reorder. Please order in multiples of minimum order quantity per item.

Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards for online ordering.

When paying invoices via check, please make checks out to Matr Boomie.

Lead Times

Orders are generally shipped out within 3-5 business days. You may place orders with a future ship date to suit your business needs. Just tell us in your order comments your desired ship date. Note: lead times are longer for customized products due to product development.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Austin, Texas. Shipping charges are based on weight, size, and destination. By default, we ship UPS Ground for all domestic orders and USPS Priority for international shipments. If you would prefer another shipper, let us know at the time of placing your order and provide your shipping account information for that shipping vendor.

Third Party Marketplace

Matr Boomie restricts its retail partners from selling our products on third party websites, including Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc.

Back Order Policy

We will process all in-stock items for your requested ship date and place any unavailable products on back order. Be sure to state during your time of order if you do not wish to accept back orders.

You may cancel your back orders at any time.

Prior to back ordered items being shipped, you will receive an email to notify you and give you an additional 48 hour period to cancel these items or add to your order. If Matr Boomie does not hear back from you within this period, available items will be shipped. Shipping charges for back ordered items will not exceed 10% of the value of the back order. We will close out back orders under $50.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are dissatisfied, you may return any item within 15 days of receipt of the items.

Products must be returned in their original condition with product tags attached and without retail price stickers.

If you received a damaged/defective item, please contact our customer service department (email mbsales@matrboomie.com -or- call 512-535-5228, ext: 501) within 15 days of receipt and we will assist you with a replacement or refund/credit.

If items are received damaged due to manufacturer defect, damaged in shipping, or there is a mis-ship; return shipping costs will be covered by Matr Boomie.

If returning product for any other reason; the customer will cover shipping costs for a full refund.
