WALKING BESIDE MINISTRY In Galatians 6, Paul tells us to “carry each other’s burdens, and in this way, you will fulfill the law of Christ.” At Desert Hills our Walking Beside team members have been trained and organized to do just that. Join us for a fun afternoon of Reader’s Theater where actors present readings of selected scripts without costumes, props or scenery. Our first reading consists of two 15 minute scripts (a melodrama and a comedy) which are accompanied with music and sound effects. Join the fun on Wednesday, June 2nd at 3:00 PM. Memorial Day Tributes On Memorial Day, our country remembers those men and women who served and paid the ultimate sacrifice for the safety of our country. In their honor, events will be held on Monday, May 31st at The Cave Creek Memorial Cemetery and The USS Arizona Memorial Gardens at Salt River

Veterans Heritage Project invites you to attend one of these events with them to commemorate the lives of our nation’s heroes.
