Welcome Edition 1
Welcome to the first edition of Bli Bli News, since purchasing the Ray White Bli Bli real estate agency three years ago, Natasha and I have realised how important it is to become a part of the local community and share in its growth and success.
BLI BLI
– Queensland’s new property hotspot $482,000 median house price
We enjoy everything the town has to offer and just as importantly we’re really active in the local community volunteering our time with the Bli Bli Community Association as well as the Bli Bli Destination group. As parents, we know how important it is to keep children fit, healthy and active and we are also proud to sponsor the Bli Bli Little Athletics Club.

Whether it’s the ongoing success of the Maroochy River Golf Club which boasts over 1,000 members, the iconic Sunshine Coast Castle, the Cable Ski park, the Wetlands or Muller Park, there’s certainly plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy in Bli Bli and it’s not difficult to convince people what a great place Bli Bli is to live, work and play.

Bli Bli’s growth in such a short time frame has been phenomenal and it’s great that our town has recently been recognised as Queensland’s leading property hot spot by respected publication Money Magazine. As your local agents based in beautiful Bli Bli, we are certainly not surprised by this announcement. The Money Magazine report revealed Bli Bli has a median house price of $482,000 with a 7% growth forecast for the next three years including a 5.3% yield. It’s little wonder the area is in such strong demand as Bli Bli boasts so many of the attributes which both owner occupiers and investors seek including its proximity to employment hubs such as Maroochydore’s CBD and the Sunshine Coast Airport, while beaches, lakes, parks are all just a short drive away. The emergence of the White’s Supa IGA as well as the River Markets has ensured many of the daily essentials can be purchased locally while we can’t wait for construction to start on the $23m Bli Bli Village Centre which will add more retail, commercial, health and wellbeing services into the local community. If you are interested in leasing any space in our commercial hub, please do not hesitate contacting Ed Hackenberg 0499 199 360. We are also really excited by the announcement that the new Catholic P-12 school is set to open in Parklakes in January 2019. The school is expected to accommodate up to 1500 students and 100 staff members which will be a significant boost for the local community.
