Whenever we look ahead to the next year or the next decade, it’s important to remind ourselves of our WHY. Why are we doing this work?

For the past 24 years we have been committed to Redemptive Entrepreneurship: venture building that begins with a view of persons as image bearers, and calls for creative, sacrificial restoration at the personal, organizational, and cultural dimensions of work.

JoyCorps’ passion is to identify and empower people doing this — trailblazers who are willing to go into difficult places where that image has been broken and participate in restoring it. That’s at the heart of everything you’re reading about in this report, and it will be our vision for the next 24 years: to support these activators who are building ecosystems that help their own families and communities flourish.
