COMPANY PROFILE SILVER DRAGON CONSTRUCTION AND LUMBER AND GLASS SUPPLY, INC.(SDC) was founded in May of 1990 by Jerry L. Sy (Proprietor & General Manager), whose niche in contracting was in trading his skills as a lumber dealer, steelworks, and glass supplier.

His daring and foresight allowed the company to expand and become officially established on July 31st,2002; this allowed the company to operate as electrical work and full-service general building contractor. To further elevate the company, it registered on February 28th, 2003, with the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) under license number 30835.

SILVER DRAGON CONSTRUCTION AND LUMBER AND GLASS SUPPLY, INC. is a multi-field category “AAA” general engineering and building contractor also maintains an extensive supply of construction plants and equipment necessary to complete projects. By becoming a “AAA” category accredited as a general contractor by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) has given our clients confidence for our company to take on more sophisticated infrastructure projects. We have completed several projects for multiple government agencies like DPWH, National Housing Authority, NIA, and various LGUs in Negros and Panay Island Regions. SDC has experience in the private sector. We have completed numerous construction services for both residential and commercial establishments.

Furthermore, our capacity to deliver services has now expanded to engage in electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical works. Despite being based in the Negros and Panay Islands, we have the workforce and skill to meet your construction needs anywhere in the Philippines.
