Rob started a career in real estate at an 18 years old in 1979. A second generation San Franciscan his father was a broker and he started working with him after finishing high school. For the next 30 years he was involved in private money lending, managing family owned properties, and flipping properties. Over the years he has done self owned projects in San Francisco, Marin County, Santa Cruz County, and in Hawaii on Kauai and Oahu.

In 2011 he started focusing on affordable housing and has done over 750 BMR transactions helping both buyers and sellers of BMR units in San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Alameda County. He has recently been involved as a sales agent for the 19 BMR units at 200 Linden in South San Francisco and currently has 15 active BMR listings in San Francisco and also helping BMR buyers that are in contract as their agent.

Working with first time home buyers requires a special skill that Rob excels at. He also has extensive knowledge of the down payment programs available such as WISH, City Second Loan Program, BMR DALP, and Open Market DALP. He was one of the first agents to close a transaction using Mayor London Breed's Dream Keeper program and is currently in contract with a buyer using the Dream Keeper program. Working with the San Francisco Mayor's office of housing over the years has given him a deep understanding of the intricacies of the qualification and buying/selling process that is essential to a smooth transaction.

In his time off Rob's interests are playing classical piano, and surfing which he has done since a young age.
