The largest spec suite in the city of Chicago was designed to enhance the back to work experience with an emphasis on all things flexible. Each bay was designed with an understanding that a demise wall could be placed to separate the floor for multiple tenants. The design features a Scandinavian aesthetic to entice tenants with a comfortable, residential feeling environment. There was an important consideration on amenity spaces within the floor plate, making sure that all areas of the floor have access to a more relaxed workable area. The flexibility within the space can be seen with the interchangeable offices, huddles, and conferences. Open sight lines was also important, as a sense of transparency was needed.

This spec suite follows a concept that sets to draw on the light, reflections and shadows displayed on the city of Chicago's architecture and natural landscape. With a moody, comfortable and sophisticated aesthetic the design enhances Willis Tower's immense amenity collection in a private setting, celebrates the tower's history, generates activity and increases productivity by offering an unique workplace experience. This spec suite follows a vibrant Scandinavian aesthetic. The design reflects the condensed size of the demised footprint while trying to create an enticing work environment. All offices feature glass fronts to provide clear sightlines throughout to keep the space bright and open. The finish selection and RCP offer unique design aspects that make the space feel welcoming and lively. Flexibility can be seen with the interchangeable offices and huddles.

The design of this Sheraton Hotel lobby is modern, sleek and elegant; all in order to highlight the long-standing reputation the hotel has in Greensboro. It accommodates all aspects of the hotel's function. The design reflects the Marriot brand by connecting to the surrounding culture of Greensboro.

Analog Public House encourages a rediscovery of what it is like to truly get lost in conversation, without technology. By removing outside distractions, guests can connect with each other in familiar yet forgotten ways. Honest conversations unfold organically when people join, face to face, to feel understood. The interior's found furnishings create a familiar place that invites individuals to feel at home. Together, friends and strangers can explore eclectic objects that ignite conversations and connections. By the end of the night, through the shared experiences and new discoveries of one another, individuals will find themselves on the same wavelengths.

This concept follows the idea of the face being a landscape one can explore. This space removes distractions by incorporating natural materials and neutral colors. To combat the lack of facilities in the area that specialize in helping young adults cope and live with depression and anxiety. This facility will teach people how to effectively live with their illnesses. Metanoia, the journey of changing one's mind, heart, self, or way of life. This concept embodies the steps that are taken during the journey of personal growth. The facility's design provides each patient with an individual oath to follow. The circulation and programming is dedicated to offering navigation tools that are unique to every person setting forth on the journey of growth.
