Guest Information Guest Information Thank you for choosing St. Anton Condos. Here are a few suggestions, tips and rules to make your stay with us more enjoyable. Please remember that these units are individually owned and decorated for your pleasure; please help us take care of them. Do not take the owner’s personal items such as dishes, pillows, blankets, etc. to other condos. Telephone Information Local calls.................................... Check-Out Time Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. When you leave your unit, please be sure to turn down the heat and turn off all electric blankets, appliances, and lights. To help our maid service, please load your dishwasher and turn it on. Our trash dumpsters and recycling bins are located in the garage area of each building. They do have a bear latch on them. It’s only to keep the bears out, not humans. Please do not place trash in the laundry bins. For Your Business Convenience Our Guests will appreciate the convenience of our Business Center located in the office. Computer, internet service, a work desk, copy/printing service, Fax service is available for a small fee. Our Fax number is 1-760-934-3362 Internet All buildings are equipped with wireless Internet service. Contact office for Internet access code. Maintenance or Housekeeping Please contact the office.
Office Hours Our office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. and 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. daily. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available. For after-hours emergencies, please go to the front office and use the provided emergency phone or call the office number (760-934-3361) which is answered by an answering service. Lost and Found Please contact the office. Parking Our parking is limited during peak season. Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. Vehicle height limit for garage parking is 6’ 8”. Your St. Anton parking pass must be displayed on your windshield or it will be towed at the owner’s expense. The bears are always active in Mammoth. Do not leave any food, drink or trash in your vehicle. Laundry Laundry rooms are located in each building on the ground level. A soap dispenser is located in “B” building. Change is available in the office. Ski Lockers Ski lockers of participating units are for your use during your stay. Use the small key on your unit key ring, or combination provided by the office at check-in. Bike Room / Wax Room Our bike/wax room is located between the B and C garages; the key to your unit operates this door as well. This room can be used to store your bike in, and you can put your own bike lock on it if you wish. DO NOT store your bike in your unit without first obtaining a “bike sheet” from the office. The wax room is for your use, and waxing irons are available in the office for you to use. DO NOT wax your skis or boards in units, hallways, or decks.

Guest Information Swimming Pool, Spas, and Recreation Room The pool, spas, and recreation room are located in the center of the complex. The pool is heated and open in the summer only. Hours are from 10:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. NO GLASS is allowed near the pool or spas. No life guard is on duty. All children must be accompanied by an adult. The recreation room has a pool table, a dry sauna, and restrooms with showers. The upstairs is a private residence; please do not allow children to play on the stairs. Towel Exchange You may exchange towels in the office from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. daily. Fireplaces Most of our units are equipped with propane fireplaces which may be used any time. For the wood burners, wood is located in the wood room between B and C garage, and your unit key opens the wood room. Please call 760-934-1010 to check for “No Burn Days” before using a wood-burning fireplace. Please be sure to close the screen to prevent damage. Do not leave your fireplace unattended. Do not remove any ashes; our staff will dispose of them.

For Your Safety DO NOT play in the snow where the roof may shed. DO NOT throw snowballs around the complex because of the danger of broken glass. Sledding and snow play can be done safely across the street.
