K-POP TRAINING INSTITUTE

INSTITUTE DESIGN
Music and Dance training institute designed for the k-pop trainees and students residing in the community of navi mumbai.

Concept - based on aesthetic perception curve is more attractive than a straight building. when applying it to my design, the focal point of my design is main academic block, which attracts in sense of Facade.

The design also aimed at separation of vehicular circulation from pedestrain circulation which also succeeded in terms of conection of spaces & for guests/visitors.

To have the connect between building and surrounding curtain wall is designed in the front facade, which controls heat and helps students/staffs break the in/out feel.

Theoretical volcal studio/class with wooden acoustic pannels in ceiling and walls which helps in echo free learning/singing.

Each and every studio is designed according to their uses with proper materials and acoustics treament. Dance studio has a soft wood flooring and acoustic panel (foam). The recording sudio is provided with carpet flooring in order to avoid instumental vibration and with acoustic foams on walls which diffuse and absorb aberrations.
