The project identifies itself as a Tea Experience Centre and Tribal Heritage Centre in the heart of Ooty, a town in Tamil Nadu which is rich in tea cultivation and production as well as Tribal culture. The project tries to understand the historical importance of Tea culture and its value in the present age. It also helps to identify and impart the knowledge extracted from the lifestyles of traditional tribal groups of the Nilgiri region to the present generation.
