The first performance of this work was given by Shiling Chin (Violin) and Arthur Bocananeau (Piano) on 4th November 2014 at the Adrian Boult Hall, Birmingham.
This piece is a reworking of the second movement of the Serenade for Violin and Orchestra, which was premiered in 2013 by Clare Howick (Violin) and the Kingston Philharmonic Orchestra.
