Leadership Boca 2021

The single most important ingredient for building a successful, thriving community is an investment in leadership. For over 30 years, the Chamber's Leadership Boca program has provided a platform to support the growth of our local business leaders and assist in getting them involved in our community in ways of giving back and even becoming local boards.

This year it was safe to say that the Leadership Boca Class of 2021 won't forget their incredible journey any time soon! Over the course of 10 weeks, these 15 participants deepened their knowledge of Boca Raton and South Palm Beach County while creating lifetime connections. Congratulations to Brad Winstead, CEO of Casa de Montecristo, who was voted by his peers to be the 2021 Class President and will lead his Leadership Classmates in their class project of raising funds for the Boca Raton Police Department's retired K-9s.

If you are interested in participating in Leadership Boca 2022, applications are now available. Contact Chasity Navarro, Events Manager, at cnavarro@bocachamber.com
